Worst experience ever. I booked them for complete wedding coverage but got worst work done by them. For just a gathering of 100 people, they couldn’t capture properly. Extremely bad at professionalism. They even harassed my parents while delivering the final work when only 15% of complete amount was left to be paid. The final videos received from them have someone else’s function mixed in it. Even after giving list of songs they have put some random third class songs in the videos. I am repenting the decision of booking them in first place and spending a huge amount for this shitty work. They didn’t capture photos correctly, didn’t cover so many moments of the event, didn’t edit it properly, didn’t deliver until a long time, took a lot of follow-ups to deliver. It was just exhausting.

I remember hunting a dedicate reliable team for perfect capture of my wedding. And team of jassiphotography did complete justice. Photographers videographers, editor and deliverables were absolutely flawless and everything to the point, just like i wanted. 100% recommendable.

I had the worst experience with this photographer. I wish I could give 0 here. He ruined a happy moment. Better to not book him. Very unprofessional 1. The work was poor. The same quality work can be delivered by a college student with a dslr. 2. Post pre payment, he stopped picking up our calls. 3. After 8 months, we got our highlight video. Very poorly made. 4. There is no coordination between his team members. No changes we suggested were implemented. Because, everytime you are dealing with a new person. Because ofcourse jassi won't pick up the phone. Posting an edit because I can't reply to his comments 1. Highlight was changed multiple times because it didn't have videos of groom's side of functions. We told that after getting the first cut but it somehow didn't get through. We gave the songs before highlight was to be made. But it didn't get through. And as a matter of fact, the latest one also didn't have it. We gave up hope on your work. 2. We texted and communicated on phone for changes in the album. However, you guys didn't do it. We visited your office when we could (since we don't live in the same city) , we sat with team and made them do it (just like homework) 3. We have called jassi so many times. And he never picks up. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. 4. Photographs are so badly edited. 5. Highlight has a constant error tubelightish white color. 5. We didn't ask for a discount. We really wanted you to compensate for the ordeal we suffered and poor poor quality work you delivered and the happy moment you ruined I will still repeat. I don't recommend this highly unprofessional, unresponsive and poor deliverable service.

We hired jassi after reading good reviews on this website. Our function was on 21st dec 2020. We didn’t get our wedding album or the video. Initially, a guy named lavi was allocated for the video editing. He did such third class editing that we had to spend so many hours literally doing everything. Then also, the quality of video was really bad. The clips captured were not great.. and the Candid part is completely missing. Jassi keeps avoiding calls and will always tell that he will deliver the video in a 2-3 days. You can literally see him travelling and enjoying around on his WhatsApp status while not delivering on the commitments. I have been trying to reach out to him for more than 2-3 months now. His assistant picked up the phone and told us do whatever you want to do. This is so unprofessional. How can Wedmegood keep listing of such unprofessional people on their website . I have lost all hope of getting video of the most important moment of my life. Would advise others to hire better professionals. If you are hell bent on ruining your function, Atleast don’t pay money till the time you get the desired product.
