It has been 7 months since the wedding, our family has still not receive all pictures. Mr. Sudhanshu Joshi has provided partial raw photos only after a lot of requesting. He continues to report he has “financial”problems but I am not sure what this has to do with connect his camera to our drive to upload pictures. We have given up hope for edited pictures. There is no trailer yet, no wedding reel. It is a very concerning and sad situation. He basically took our money, we sent more money also hoping it would help but he has disappeared again. If you are seeing this review, we still have no received our pictures, trailer or wedding reel.

Sudhanshu Joshi (House of Lake city, House of soulmate) & BlackDraft Films who subcontracted with Jay P photography & Portrait Pandit & Team) have not provided me my wedding photos and videos since November 2024. They keep ignoring messages and he continues to delay providing raw data. Please do not hire or work with them. We sent money 2 months ago again hoping he would provide our pics. There are three other families who did not receive their pics over the last few months and one took police action

Please refrain from working with Jay Raloti, Jay Suthar & Sudhanshu Joshi (House of soulmate, House of Lakecity, The Black draft films, Sanju Joshi) . I have not received my pictures for 6 months. Mr Joshi has several comments he has “hidden” from his socials of similar cases where no pictures have been provided up to a YEAR. People had to involve the police. Unless you never want to see you pics, do not hire any of them. I have been helpless for the past 6 months. Mr. Jay Suthar worked with him and keeps putting responsibility away. I was there when both Mr. Joshi and Mr. Suthar was taking pictures with me. Total scam. I will pursue all action to obtain my pictures and make sure they do not scam more people

They did all the photography for my wedding and all the photos and videos turned out to be amazing. Worth every penny

Surprised to see such positive comments about jay Photography. Here is what they did to us. He has a cult of photographers who charge exceptionally high for shoots. We selected 2 photographers and were in confusion till last moment. However decided to go forward with Jay photography. On the day of shoot, we requested them to shoot our 3 outfits from the loaction of stay, as it was a premium property with different views available for different looks. 1. He told us we have to have 1 location 1 out, he would bot shoot more outfits of the same locataion( did not get the logic, how does our outfit matter to them, it’s our shoot why are they adamant about what we wear and where we want to be shot. 2. He wants us to go to 3 different loactions, and change uncomfortable I do not know where. We canceled them and the arrogance was next level. They canceled last min without being bothered at all and infact said that he has sent the same staff to a wedding. Thank uou for wasting our time and the energy we could have spent in a professional photographer. ?? jay photography. They will not treat your special day as yours. It is just a means to hawk money. People with skills but bad attitude. Surprised to see them even featured on Wedmegood.
