The worst kind of staff and owner. This lady is so unprofessional. Never on time for the makeup. Extremely rude. Starts shouting out of no where. The staff is highly untrained with no ethics at all. Will never recommend her to anyone. Don’t mess your special day by even interacting with her.

Great lady “JAYA” she is such an arrogant personality. She’ll put huge amount of foundation on your face and say this is your fucking Barbie look?

My bridal experience is horrible because I'll choose this disgusting parlour, all staff member r very untrained nd owner miss jaya r so arrogant she pretende that very sweet but she is not.do not go for this parlour because her service n behave is not up to the mark.dont waste ur time n valuable money at the same time ur auspicious moment for these stupid n untrained kind of people. She is very arrogant lady ,even her staff was rude I didn’t find her so called artistic thing maine Inse itna pooch liya ki makeup Kaisa hoga ,mere outfit jaisa bright Mai makeup chahti hu ,ab isme to Maine koi galat nahi bola lekin madam ko bura lag Gaya aur wo mujhse argument karne lagi Mujhe humiliate karne lagi ki mai makeup ke bare me bahut janti , how she could even behave like this knowing that it’s my special day and I have paid for her service aisa lag raha tha mai free me karane aai hu, Mujhe bahut bura laga mai bas Rona nahi chahti thi mere important day ke din i controlled myself , but honestly she is the worst person worst makeup artist not even a artist she is just looting brides on there special day , I can never forget her behaviour towards me I was so much excited for my makeup and outfit but she has spoiled my mood and excitement, even my makeup was not done as I wanted I opted for barbie look and they have given me the lenses that not even suited my outfit and my face they will just charge hugely and service will not be given as per the price

The only issue with their service is overcommitting. Getting 18 brides ready in one day is no joke. Unless you already told the would be brides while fixing the appointment about the situation and told them against getting them ready on time and told them you would just do their eye makeup you have no athority spoiling their day. For you they are 18 brides but for the brides it is just their wedding. Charging approx. 24k for just eyemakeup and 1.5 hrs. delay is way too much unless that is the price for such service in a city like Allahabad. No doubt Jaya does the makeup real well but the cost of service and service delivered do not add up.

Worst experience ever,they don't deserve to be called professionals. They overbooked for their small salon and kept everyone waiting for 4+ hours. Make-up was done irrespective of who came first(pure bias) and disgusting makeup. Jaya the owner of the parlor only know how to mint money and have no sense of professionalism. Pathetic.

I recommend Jaya for my cousin's wedding in March just before the lock down started, the makeup was just terrible, she was looking like a plastic doll with layers of makeup. They just take n number of brides for same day and don't pay much attention as required. The lady Jaya who used to be sincere few years back has become one of the most arrogant owner. Even the much bigger names in makeup industry in Delhi-NCR don't show this much of arrogance.

I booked Jaya for my wedding functions. She did an incredible job and I have no complaints. I am glad I got a chance to be her bride and to get dolled up by her. Highly recommended. Her professionalism was on point.

This salon is one of the best in town. They are professional and friendly as well. Jaya and her team knows exactly what their clients want.They did my engagement makeup and believe me it was so beautiful that i didnt wanted to pull off the makeup. Whenever i will be in town i will always go to Jaya's salon bcoz one feels comfortable and worthy. They listen to you and takes your suggestions which is one of the best part. 3000 stars to Jaya!!

Had booked her for my bhabhi’s makeup at 4 pm but ended up waiting for 3 hours only to witness that all d brides were painted white with thick layers of foundation extremely tacky looking and till 7 pm only hairstyle was done. Jaya is extremely unprofessional, has no sense how to talk to customers and when we told her that we don’t want whitewashed look for the bride she threatened us and told that she wouldn’t do the makeup cz she thought we wont have an option. Luckily we decided to cancel d booking last minute when we saw how other brides were looking We called VLCC at 7:30 pm and rushed at last minute to get d bride ready and the makeup was amazing

Horrible place! Don’t ever plan to get ready here and ruin your most important day! I came from Pune to Allahabad for my wedding and decided to pick Jaya Bridal Studio. They charged me Rs 20,000 for HD Bridal make up. The products used were not up to the mark and the same brush is used for everyone’s face. There is no hygiene maintained at all. The hair style, nail polish, draping etc is all done by untrained young girls who are basically experimenting on the bride. Jaya only does the touch up make up. Everyone in the parlour is very rude and unprofessional including Jaya herself. They are running this business to mint money without taking care of their customers. They literally made me cry and screwed up my make up and my big day. Please pick some professional parlour like Lakme instead of Jaya.

Worst experience ever anyone can have for their big day. The owner jaya has no etiquettes and moral responsibility towards clients. She only knows to take money and does the same makeup for any package. They are just fooling the public in support of their brand which they have developed. I truly advice not to book Jaya for your wedding day. She is just disgusting.

I got my makeup done by Rajshree and she’s absolutely amazing! She was very patient and did exactly what I wanted.. definitely recommend her not just for Allahabad but for out of town as well!

Dear Jaya Maam, Thanks alot for my bridal makeup on 9th december 2017..you did a fabulous job..hope u remember that girl from Delhi who was keep on asking for shoot by garima..on 9th december there were so many brides at your studio and i was the 3rd one..as i m having fair idea of make up so lil bit conscious about my look and when you have to take bridal make up at another city ( i belong to Delhi). but you did fantastic job..my eye makeup..base..draping..everything was just perfect . you told me ki bhai tumhara make up der ke kiya hai, and yes now i m saying perfect kiya. everybody appreciated my look. i was so happy. my sis also took make up by senior artist and she was also looking very nice. thanku once again for making my day memorable one. so brides no second thought jst go ahead and book your make up at jaya bridal studio.
