I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lower quality service and makeup which they did for my sisters wedding.They are really unprofessional, don’t even care about exactly what we need. They are doing everything their own way. They didn’t do the hair style the way she wants. Very terrible experience, My sister did her wedding makeup from jennys professional. I would say the wedding day was completely ruined because of them. After 2-3hours there was no makeup on some parts of her face. Apart from that they assured that they will complete the makeup at 8 am but it was actually completed at 9 am .Wedding mass was at 10.30 am but bride couldn't reach the church on time because more than an hour travel from there to church.Her big day was completely ruined because of these guys. We didn’t even get time to take photos and we didn’t get time to pray before going to wedding. The bride was really upset only because of them. So whoever is planning to do makeup at jennys professional please make sure that you fix the time with them very clearly. They are very expensive but that was okay if there is a proper output. Please dont choose jennys professional on basis of what we see on Instagram. There are lots of options in ernakulam who offer best makeup at affordable price. My sisters big day was ruined.This should not happen to any other bride. So everyone please make sure that you make the best decision.

Worst wedding makeup place in kochi !! I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lower quality service and makeup I did from them for my big days of life. I had my makeup done from them for my engagement and wedding and they charged almost 1 lakh for both functions which was absolutely ridiculous and overpriced for the service they provided. The older lady jeny who does hair is absolutely disgusting and greedy for money and cares about nothing but her money making. The older bald man who opens the door also makes brides very uncomfortable with his weird strange attitude and rude approach. Jeny is very careless about manage the time for the brides and don’t even want to listen to the interest of brides in setting hair. She just want to get hair done in her own way within couple minutes and get the money. Without knowing her creepy unfair prices, I accidentally asked them to put two her pieces for my wedding and one for my engagement and she gave me poor quality cheap small hair pieces and charged Rs 6000 for 3 of it !!! The makeup was also very artificial and made me look very weird and we had to rush at the end to get to our venue on time as they made me wait almost one hour when I got there on the morning of my engagement day! I would strongly recommend that it’s better to get ready your own rather than going to this unprofessional nasty place for messing up your big day! They should rename this weird place as “ jeny UNPROFESSIONAL makeup” for the disgusting service they provide! This place is a SCAM!!

Very rude approach by the uncle who was there. We did the bride and groom make up there along with our friends...they did a shit job with my makeup as a groom..they dont even have a proper online address to review them.. imagine the effort im taking to find a page with their information to give them a bad review...thats how crappy they were.. Over inflated price, unprofessional behaviour is their summary!!

I had a disappointing experience with Jenny Professional Makeup Artist in Kochi. Despite choosing them based on their impressive Instagram portfolio, my wedding makeup and hairstyle did not meet my expectations. Firstly, my base makeup was done by someone else before Jenny arrived. They failed to properly cover my scars, and when I pointed it out, they claimed that no makeup artist could cover scars – which is untrue. In my wedding photos, my scars are clearly visible, which was disheartening. I paid around ₹40,000 (including GST), expecting professional service. Although the front of my hairstyle looked fine, they changed the back without informing me, and I only realized the poor execution when I got home and checked the mirror. It felt like their priority was capturing videos for Instagram rather than providing quality service. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to future brides.

Very unprofessional and most of the make up was done by someone else. They won't spend enough time and even after a time slot is given, they made me wait for over an hour. I was late for my wedding and the make up was also not up to par. The hair accessories was charged extra. Really a bad experience for such a huge sum of money.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I still.regret choosing them over Anez Anzare for my wedding Least cooperative and helpful people in making someone's day special

Extremely rude behaviour from the uncle who is managing everything. Even after we requested a thousand times if you could increase the slot 15minutes they said they could not. The time exceeded more than what they told they will finish the bride. They need to remember that the bride is more important than the artist. It is always good to go for a very normal makeup artist and not such places who boast to have something special and behave in a rude manner.
