We recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring MP04 for my sister's wedding, and I must say it was an utter disappointment. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver everything promised (even though more than 4 months to the wedding have passed) is extremely shocking considering their huge engagement on social media. We have found it incredibly difficult to get a timely response to phone calls and messages. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a simple answer or update and the most disheartening aspect of the whole experience was the final product, or should I say the lack thereof, which is below average. Won't recommend engaging them for your big day.

Not Recommended for any Photoshoot! I booked them for my wedding photoshoot based on one of my friend’s suggestion. Initially they looked very professional and committed and we agreed for an amount with cinematographic highlights. As my wedding point was far away from Bhopal so all the communication went on phone call. Slowly they started insisting on full payment and I trusted them but after that they stopped responding my calls and messages and every deliverables got delayed. Here are the negative things which ai have observed: 1. Photographs and video shoots were at mediocre level. Shaky videos and improper photo angles. 2. They promised to deliver raw data within 24 hours but took more than a month. 3. Photos, videos and highlights got delayed more than 3 months. However they promised to deliver within 45 days. 4. No response to any calls and messages. They hardly picked my calls after 5-6 attempts. Totally unprofessional. 5. The edited photos they promised to deliver were random and not properly filtered. They randomly picked some photos and watermarked with some simple filters. 6. Traditional video was worst ever. They just clubbed raw videos on in sequence and delivered it. Spelling errors, no music coverage, improper video selection. Also they missed bride’s haldi ceremony. 7. No clarity on timelines. They just cut the call telling that we will let you know shortly but never come back. 8. They missed to cover my family members. There is hardly much photos for my siblings, parents and inlaws. My recommendation: Wedding is once in a lifetime moment and very special. Never take a chance by booking them as it could ruin your experience like mine and you cannot revert it. Even you have chosen them then don’t pay full amount until they deliver you the full work.

They were our wedding photographers and we are not so happy with their services. We have received the highlights from our wedding but not everything. They had promised to deliver us the photos and videos within a month but gave them to us in 6 months. Their timeline was really off.

So glad we got them on board as our wedding photographers. They did a fabulous job at clicking our pictures. They were punctual for all the functions and they made sure they stayed till the very end moment. The photos have turned out to be so beautiful and candid. Great quality too. Recommended .

They are pretty good with their work, on ground experience was very good with them as well. They listened to all of our demands and were very cooperative and accomodating. Very professional and skilled too, their team was well coordinated and knew how to handle everything on their own.
