We had an amazing experience with Kaistal Event for our wedding in Goa. The decor was absolutely beautiful and exactly how we had envisioned it. Their team was calm, professional, and extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. They truly understood our requirements and paid great attention to every small detail in the decor, which made a huge difference. What stood out the most was their willingness to go above and beyond—they provided anything and everything extra that was needed to make the event perfect. I feel extremely happy to be able to write a review for Kaistal Events-Margao-Goa. In October 2024, we were looking for a Wedding Planner for our daughter’s Wedding in February 2025 .After meeting 3 other WPs, when we met Derrick, something just clicked immediately. He was so calm and composed with so much confidence and assurance to us that we could just leave everything to him. And trust me , we did the best thing appointing Derrick as our Wedding Planner . It is usually difficult to explain one’s ideas and visions to another person , but at every meeting,Derrick would immediately understand what we asked for . He invited us to his huge workshop, where he showed us all the props they use, and how they are made , giving us the confidence that he could do anything there…. and on the final days of the 4 Wedding events , the scenes were exactly like what we had visualised, they were just beautiful ! What is also commendable is that i could ask him for anything , and he made it possible . Whether it was a vintage car or the dhols , bangle maker or the gajras , he never said no…. He would have even brought an elephant if we had asked for one !! Just a week before our Wedding events , we needed dance practices and he arranged for a choreographer in no time , and got us all set for amazing sangeet dances ! All arrangements , airport transfers , with guests from overseas, were looked after beautifully by Derrick and his team. His calm nature did not allow us to get stressed about any Wedding Planning .
