Extremely Disappointed with Kajal Bansal’s Bridal Makeup Service I had booked Kajal Bansal for my on-venue bridal makeup, expecting a smooth and stress-free experience on the most important day of my life. Unfortunately, what I experienced was far from professional or satisfactory. Despite charging full venue charges, Kajal did not dedicate the time or attention that a bride deserves. Instead of focusing on my look, she seemed more interested in handling other bookings at her studio. Her first priority was collecting payment, even before finishing my makeup properly — which felt completely disrespectful and unprofessional. The quality of the makeup was rushed and careless. It was clear that she was in a hurry to leave, and the lack of attention to detail reflected in the final outcome. There was no warmth, no reassurance, and certainly no commitment to making the bride feel special. Kajal Bansal’s approach felt greedy and purely transactional, with zero emotional investment in her work. She truly ruined what should have been a beautiful and memorable day for me. I was left feeling disappointed, underwhelmed, and honestly, heartbroken. I do not recommend her services to any bride. Jaipur has many other talented and far more professional makeup artists who actually care about their clients. Please save yourself the regret and look elsewhere.
