worst experience ever what is the use of photos if you can't have it they will delete most of your photos and if you pay before getting photos then better to forget about your photos

If you are booking here, be ready for endless cribbing, ultimate ignorance and lots and lots of excuses. We have booked kala creations seeing his work on all these samples but the work they provided us is nowhere near to that. He rarely answers the calls, you will have no update about your work, will crib about doing changes.Album he delivered was cheap. When we asked for correction, they started asking us for money. We had 25k pending amount which we said we will deliver after the album is corrected, he didn't agreed and deleted all our videos and pics from the drive. SO BE CAREFUL...........

Excellent photography and videography by Kala Creations, Varanasi. They are also skilled in Candid photography and have shot each & every important moment of my wedding. The team (Rajat, Rohit & Anjali) was very co-operative and hardworking when it came to incorporating changes in the video to make it as i desired. Splendid album quality recieved at doorstep. Professional service and Value for money! I am glad I chose them. Thanks to the whole team for making it possible.

This was my big Mistake and Bad Experience, which I selected this photographer for photography at my sister's wedding. Even after paying the money, I did not receive any photos from this photographer and no other Vedios. Even after 3 months upon request, it gave only photos, which was completely dirty, the quality of the photos was very poor, maximum photos were a little blur. Even after this, it demanded more payment to give Vedios. so please guys make sure don't book this photographr, Because after giving money, this guy does not pick up the call and does not reply to the messages after calling so many times once call got received he was talking like sit. it's totally waste of money. I don't think so he deserved a single ?

Never book this person for your marriage,he took 80 % amount as of now, and he didn't gave even 25% of photo. From past three month,I am calling this person for the photo and videos , he started making excuses and wont pick call now. And those 25 % photo are in poor quality. He just ruined my all memorable moment. Don't waste your events by calling this person.
