SCAM ALERT - Took Full Payment & Vanished DO NOT BOOK | FRAUD EXPERIENCE - Ghosted 1 Month Before Wedding PART 1 My ongoing experience with Kala Kumbh has been nothing less than a nightmare. They took 100% payment in advance and have yet not delivered the digital card that was due on 31st of December. The Behavior: They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked for updates, they treated me poorly before eventually cutting contact. Today only i have called them 24 times,with not a single call being answered. it has been like this since a week. Current Status: They have stopped answering calls and WhatsApp messages.They are not even refunding the payment. Even 0.5 rating is too much for these frauds. I had asked for digital wedding card + stationery, but after working with them on the card i cancelled my sationery order with them, stating i do not wish to go through this pain with them & that i when they started with no revert back for the card. All the cards & stationery designs that you see on the instagram is also stolenor recreated only to take our money. do not fall for there trap. While i am writing this with a month before my brothers wedding with no card + stationery .😭😭 PART 2 In continuation to part1 - Immediately after posting Part 1 of this review, the team at Kala Kumbh finally broke their week-long silence. However,they did not reach out to apologize or deliver the overdue files. They are now attempting to extort me by withholding the digital card unless i remove my honest feedback. They sent a message explicitly stating that they will withhold my paid-for full in advance digital card unless and until I delete this review. i do not plan to delete this & also take a strict actions against them, i really don't see my card being delivered to me. Final Warning to Others: I will not be deleting this review. I am now proceeding with a formal complaint via the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and initiating a chargeback through my bank for services not rendered. If you book them, you aren't just risking your money—you are risking being harassed and blackmailed during what should be the happiest time of your life. See the attached screenshots of their extortion messages below.

I booked Purva for a wedding logo and hashtag (₹2500). Initially, she was very responsive and sweet, but after full payment, communication slowed down a lot. Calls were not picked, replies were delayed, and deadlines were missed — I had to constantly follow up. On the plus side, the logo included the element she promised and looked decent, but the hashtag has still not been received till date. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to delays and poor communication and non delivery .

I absolutely loved working with Purva. She really put in her 100% to help my client achieve their vision of the wedding invite. Although my clients were demanding she really was patient and was kind to make the changes. Truly weddings are stressful and she calmly delivered and I was so happy to have gotten to work with this lovely lady. All the very best!!!

Dealing with Kalakumbh was nothing short of frustrating. First, she suddenly asked for an extra Rs.1800 for packaging, which was never mentioned in the beginning. We still paid it, thinking at least the products would come safely but they arrived in a bad condition. She used cheap quality paper!! On top of that, she even lied about the dispatch and gave us wrong tracking details. Getting our order delivered felt like a huge task instead of a smooth process. After paying in full (plus the extra), we expected professionalism, but all we got was stress and disappointment. I would never recommend Kalakumbh! Please think twice before placing an order here.

she is running a scam. people beware. we haven't received our refund yet and have filed a complaint with cybercrime and have been asking details for local police complaint. after we got to know, a lot of people have been scammed by her and her ex employees and people have also shared proof of her scam with us too.

The best , I could ever have trust me. She’s the best owner, the products , the quality, its been amazing experience. Go for it Kalakumbh, you rock!
