I am extremely disappointed with the makeup services provided for my sister’s wedding. What should have been a joyful and memorable occasion was overshadowed by the poor quality of work and lack of professionalism from the MUA and her team. The makeup made us look washed out and ghost-like, with no understanding of different skin tones or skin types. There was no customization whatsoever — the makeup looked heavy, cheap, and photographed terribly. The hairstyles were equally disappointing, poorly done, and completely unflattering. Instead of enhancing features, the makeup made me look much older than my age. The team appeared inexperienced and unprepared to handle a wedding event of this scale. What made the situation even more embarrassing was that guests who were offered her services through us were also unhappy with the makeup and ended up washing it off. This was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing, especially after recommending her in good faith. Despite raising our concerns, the MUA showed no accountability, offered no solutions, and made no effort to acknowledge the poor experience. I would never recommend her or her team to anyone. If you value professionalism, skill, and accountability on such an important day, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Kalpana is very professional and her work is very excellent. The day we met, she and her team were very welcome and advices for pre-prep were very helpful for perfect bridal look on the special day. On the wedding as well, they achieve perfect look and managed time very well. I would like to thank Kalpana and her team for making me look very pretty on my special day.

Since first contacting her to ask if she could do my makeup for my wedding day, she has been incredibly helpful, supportive and friendly. She is extremely knowledgable in her field and she will always go out of her way to help and give that extra touch to her service. Thank you so much for being a part of my special day….@ Kalpana Nandu, you are an amazing make-up artist and a lovely human being. You made me feel so comfortable as I was slightly nervous. As somebody who doesn’t wear a lot of make up, I wasn’t sure what I wanted but you had some ideas which put me at ease and the result was absolutely amazing. The make up looked flawless and I received so many compliments about my make up and hair style and how amazing it looked. You knew exactly what would suit me and go with my outfit.
