I will divide this review into two parts: 1. About the Makeup- The makeup applied to my sisters and the bride was unacceptable. The makeup artist (MUA) made the bride look ghostly, and her sisters were not far behind. The application was excessively cakey. In defense, the MUA claimed that under camera lighting, the makeup would appear enhanced. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. The bridal makeup became a talking point among the guests, and the bride appeared completely washed out in photographs. 2. About the MUA's Behavior- When we provided feedback regarding the bride's makeup, the MUA did not take it well. Instead of listening and acknowledging our concerns, she responded in a condescending manner. While it is clear she has professionalism and qualifications, it is crucial for any MUA to prioritize the desires of the bride and her family rather than impose her own vision. This attitude reflects a lack of respect and maturity. I would strongly advise others to consider their options carefully and not rely on this MUA. She should be a last resort for any bride and her family. Her unwillingness to respect customer preferences and her dismissive behavior towards feedback are significant red flags.
