Karma Production has no professionalism, the team is full of rude and impolite people, once they get your money they will make your life hell. The team that had come for our wedding functions was also very dull team, had no creativity in any new style of photography. They were asking us and all our guests to make 100 year old poses and people still remember till date how they made my whole wedding so miserable. After wedding the service in terms of dealing with the client is even worse, the girls in their team named Urmi is so rude and unprofessional, she does not think before she speaks nor does she let the other person speak, she will speak on top of you without listening to your question. Dhaval the owner of this team would only talk when he wants you to become his client, after that if anything goes south is not his problem and his rude staff will eat you with their rude words. no sense of professionalism and ethics. I would say stay away from these photographers, there are way better out there, we still regret using their services, could have easily hired some better photographers by paying 50k more and would have had much better experience in terms of photography and client servicing. This is a message for the team - your clients are paying you, you are not doing a charity by providing deliverables, be more polite, courteous and professional when you are talking to them. Urmi is bringing this company to shit, train her to talk properly with the client. She has threatened me and my husband on occasions. Stay away from these people if you can!
