So the first time I met Kaydee, it was for a French apparel shoot. The makeup she did was amazing. The shoot lasted for almost 6-7 hours and so did the makeup till I removed it myself. I had made the decision of choosing her as my MUA the very same day because I was sure enough she can do any look with perfection. Based on my experience I would like to summarise a few important points that might help you to choose the best makeup artist for your wedding. 1. Exceptional makeup- Kaydee can do any makeup look and with ‘perfection’. You don’t need to worry to experiment a little because she can get the best of you by her makeup. Instead of just using the products, she highlights the features and according to me, I didn’t want a very loud makeup but then not a ‘no makeup look’ so it was like perfect and how I wanted it to be. 2. Prep+Prime- She made sure that the base that she’s working on is itself good and clean to start with. Before applying the coverage products, she applied the products which had already settled my skin down and covered all the tiniest pores as well. 3. Courteous, friendly and fun to be around - she’s been guiding me for my big day and helped me maintain a good routine and diet. While doing the makeup, she keeps talking to you, comforts you, makes you feel completely at ease and relaxed. 4. Professional and Punctual- She arrived on time, was patient enough and perfectionist as well. I was quite impressed by her level of commitment for any task. She takes pride in her work and it’s a delight to have somebody like that to work for you on your big day. I didn’t want a very loud makeup for my wedding nor the no makeup look makeup but I wanted it to be the one in the middle of the two (we call it Kaydees kinda loud ™ haha) and thats exactly what I got. I think It’s fair to say , my best decision after my Husband was my Makeup artist or Kaydee!! I can’t begin to thank her for the transformation she took me through on all my functions.
