We felt seen, heard, and most importantly, celebrated. A huge, emotional thank you to Karan and Manya, who were quite literally our shadows throughout the wedding. From handling our mood swings and last-minute decisions to making sure we were hydrated, fed, and breathing — you both were our comfort zone in the middle of all the madness. Planning a wedding is stressful, planning one in India while living in the US? A whole different ball game. My husband and I are pretty good at planning and organizing (honestly, we enjoy it), but we knew pulling off a wedding like this wasn’t going to be easy. More than anything, we wanted to actually enjoy the whole experience, soak it all in, and not be stuck running around managing chaos. That’s when we decided to look for a wedding planner but not just anyone. We wanted someone who truly got us and cared about making the wedding feel personal, not just another event on their checklist. Enter Kavya and Sagar. From our very first conversation, they just got it - and got us. They took the time to really understand what we wanted, respected our vision, and added their own experience and perspective in a way that only made things better. That’s why we ended up booking them & honestly, it felt like the easiest decision. We met them the same day we reached out, and within a few days, we knew they were the right team for us. Over the next 7-8 months, they were with us every step of the way. But where they truly blew us away was during the actual events. Everything felt perfect because they made sure it was. I’m sure there was chaos behind the scenes (there always is), but we didn’t see an ounce of it. They handled every little detail, every last-minute request, so seamlessly. They made sure we stayed present, enjoyed every moment, and didn’t have to worry about a thing. Irrespective of what came up, they took care of it. Highly recommend them

Sagar and Kavya were an amazing team to work with for your wedding - my husband and I were based in different timezones and these guys were so easy to work with. They were so flexible with their time - and always prioritised our convenience. We reached out to them at a weird stage where our venues were locked and it was all a mess - they helped us resolve one issue at a time, ensuring the wedding turned out exactly how we wanted. You need a team like especially if you are a last-minute bride like me - I called Kavya 12 hours before my haldi to help me with a particular style of jewellery and flower arrangement and it was ready when I reached the venue the next day - extremely supportive, quick, and easy to work with - my husband and I definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with Sagar and Kavya over approx 6 months of planning our wedding and it was nothing short of our dream wedding. Everything down to the minute detail was planned and communicated well. Me and my wife being in a different time zones than the knotty relations team did get a little difficult but at the end everything was planned very well! Their suggestions especially on the Anchor for Sangeet was very last minute but very much worth it. The team they provided was very friendly and at some point you don't feel you are working with the planners but with your friends which is much important on that day! Being ethical and honest was our main criteria with them and they did stand on those values. Highly recommend them to anyone (We already have :P) for the Big day!
