I got one of my outfits from here and even if I felt like it was a bit costly, I loved how it looked on me. The outfit was so pretty and made me the happiest.

I was shipped the wrong saree and I was on a time crunch. Koskii asked me to send the picture of the wrong saree to their whatsapp number which I did but they never rresponded.

Had the worst experience with the store. They took more than 3.5 months to give my outfit while the promised delivery was around a month. It was one of my wedding outfits and yet this wasn't taken seriously even after constant calls and messages they simply ignored. After repeated follow ups the delivery happened that too when I gave up and asked to send the outfit in whatever condition it was. The store manager at the Delhi store, Shubham Kumar is the most rude guy I've ever encountered. Never buy outfit from Koskii especially if it is for your big day or any special or important occasion of yours.

Very Bad experience! (Beware!) I booked one dress (through their online portal).Firstly they said it will be delivered within 3-5 days.Later after 7-8 days, one 'customer executive' called me saying your order is lost due to warehouse issue it may cause delay, she was emphasizing on cancelling the order, Still, she did not gave me clear picture. After 1/2/ days, another customer executive called and said she will let me knoe. I have not got any response (whether its cancelled/late delivery) from that date. Now they have stop responding to calls. Its been 15 days after it. still, no response! This shows clear horrible service,unprofessionalism from their side. (1) No proper date of delivery, they will just keep on hanging it. (2) Suddenly you'll get calls with lame excuses like warehouse shifing, material stolen etc. (3) No one will answer your calls after that (4) Forget about the refund! NEVER TRUST AND RELY ON KOSKI! It will be really difficult if you are planning to wear it for a particular occasion, its very risky to orderr from Koski as it may not be delivered!

BEWARE OF KOSKII.................. Pathetic Quality and no ownership I bought 3 Saris from Koski for my daughter's marriage, and 2 turned out to be defective. In one ZARI turned black in 3 months and in another the embroidery threads came out. I feel like cheated having drained approximately 17k of my hard earned money. On visiting the Store to raise the complaint, their fully unprofessional staff made all the stories and excuses so that they don't have to replace their defective Saris and says- -AAP KO DEKH KE LENI CHAHIYE THI & PEHANANE YA FALL LAGNE KE BAAD VAPIS NAHI HOTI & AAPKE PAAS INVOICE NAHI HAI( and the Sari tag having all the information was not goof enough for them and they couldn't find the invoice). Another excuse was that invoice gets deleted in system after 3 months.( It's another excuse that a GST invoice getting deleted and makes them fully non compliant to Govt. regulations or else it was an escape route to avoid the replacement. Got my mehendi dress and reception gowns from koskii and they were just stunning. Highly recommended for those who don’t want to splurge but are looking for excellent quality and design
