Quite a horrible experience with this Photographer! It is scam and I suggest you never work with them. They run away with all the money and will not give the deliverables in years! They lost all the wedding data as well. They stop taking calls and attending to messages. Highly unprofessional and cheat people with the worst nature.

Very unprofessional and fraud couple. They take your money and then you get no service. Till the date they get money they’re very prompt in replying and providing everything. But once they get their money they don’t serve anything. This just happened with us in 2019. And got to know from other photographers that they have done this to almost all couples till date.

I am writing this post to share my frustrating experience working with Krunal and Dimpy Krunal Shah Photography, with the hope that all you future clients who come visit this flashy page can save yourself the distress from the most special day of your lives being ruined. We got married in March of 2017 and it’s July of 2019 but we still don’t have our wedding albums with us. So please read on before you choose to hire them….. We are an NRI couple who had to plan our Indian wedding while living abroad and what that meant was we only looked at Instragram/facebook pages when choosing our wedding photographer. We came across Krunal’s work and really liked it. His team (which we later found out was his wife, Dimpy) was very efficient in responding to our emails, promptly providing us with a quote and setting up a contract in place and picking up an advance from our family in India. Everything went as planned for the wedding but what conspired after the wedding was something we hadn’t dreamt of even in our nightmares. For 6+ months we had to regularly call/text/whatsapp just to get the layout of the wedding album. The next 6+ months we spent following up on the minor edits we had asked for. Despite not providing us with the album, Krunal Shah Photography haggled with us into paying the entire contractual fees due with threats of increasing the cost because of GST implementation. We decided to pay them in the good faith that they would deliver our albums soon. But the nightmare did not end there, because even today we are waiting for their “printer issue” to resolve. We have now given up all hopes of ever seeing our albums. With no formal and written contract in paper, we cannot even file an official complaint against them. Nor will we ever get our wedding albums. But the least we wanted to do was to spread awareness so that no other young couple falls prey to this nightmare. It’s your special day, and you deserve to have a memory to not just show to others but also to cherish yourself. And this would be the worst choice for that.

We had booked Krunal Shah to cover all of our wedding functions and he was really good at his work, his whole team actually. He also did our pre wedding shoot and we loved the clicks, his photography skills are really good and he does wonders with his clicks. There was absolutely no delay or anything and we were really happy with his work. He completed his work on time and was always very responsive.

When we got married we chose Krunal in good faith but the experience turned out to be horrifying. He is disrespectful, rude and nine months later we have still not received the retouched pictures we were promised. The video quality is grainy and the sound garbled. Please save yourself the grief and do not hire this hack.

After scouting through dozens of photographers for weeks we finally were able to finalise on Krunal in just matter of minutes of talking to him. Talented yes but more importantly it was about how quickly he was able to connect with us and understand our interests and asks. To him financials came to at the very end and the focus was on making sure we get what we want without worrying about stepping over on our budget. We flew Krunal and Dimpy to Italy and London for 2 weeks as part of the deal to be followed by the wedding. Dimpy was always around ensuring we are comfortable. Since drones were illegal to carry in and out of India Krunal went to an extent of renting one here in London (and lugging it around with him to Italy) out of his own pockets and delivered us some stunning memories. There were no particular demands for type of accomodation and facilities demanded while they travelled with us. Did I tell you, he offered us free cinematic videography from the preshoot and this video blew our minds. The wedding and reception ordeals from photography side back home was a breeze. He had arrived as planned, brought in some really talented team along and they worked like Ninjas behind the scenes without disturbing the rituals. Needless to say, the wedding collection has been outstanding as well. We found just one bad review on him out of so many great reviews and testimonials and still went with him after checking the underlying issue. Contrary to one other review I have read here on wedmegood, our experience has been nothing but exceptional. He has not compromised on the quality of deliverables(I don't think he ever will) , gave us the timelines and set the expectations of the end deliverables and delivered on dot.
