Iam a repeated customer to Kushal jewellery,but for most of the jewellery Iam very much dissappointed after wearing once.colour is changed only in one use.i exchanged a bracelet In store and they took 2 months n 5 visits for that.😒

The Kushal jewellery return policy is not correct, I ordered one product and I requested for return, but they rejected saying there is no pink colour or QC tag but if I can see the return policy then mentioned that Kushal packaging bills tags and the product should be less same condition I have my product with all this details but they rejected that one of the tag is not there but in my product the required detail tag is there but they are rejecting it saying one pink colour tag is not there so Kushal jewellery is manipulating the customer. So don't buy in Kushal jewellery don't trust Kushal jewellery product they talk in unprofessional way they not understand our request. I am completely unsatisfied with Kushal jewellery.

Kushal fashion jewellery is really bad with returning the product. If they have sent wrong product then we would expect return rather than that the person is raising his voice and arguing with the customer. When I had a word with the customer care they are also rude and highly unprofessional. Pathetic service kushal jewellery customer service needs to be there if you have a service based company.

Great collection for those one time wear jewellery. It looks super great and they give you warranty and free repairs on these jewelleries if you keep the receipts with you. Do give it a try, it’s worth it
