Kusuma Designer & Decorator

I had a very unpleasant experience with Chethan from Kusuma Designer and Decorator. He rented items from us and failed to make the payment. Initially, he claimed that his Google Pay and PhonePe apps were not working, and even asked me to pay for the porter logistics on his behalf, promising to pay everything at once. However, after receiving the service, he completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. Despite continuous follow-up for over two months, there was no response from Chethan. This review is a warning to other vendors—be extremely cautious before doing business with him. Clients should also think twice before engaging with him, as he has shown himself to be highly untrustworthy and dishonest. I have attached his Aadhar card to the review photos for reference. Please check and be aware before doing any dealings with him. He is a fraud in the event industry—avoid at all costs!
