I got my bridal mehendi done by Laxman ji and his brother. They arrived on time, in fact before time, set up promptly and began the mehendi. I had given Laxman ji some reference pictures and he perfectly captured the same in real life. His work is neat, intricate and you can tell he has spent years perfecting his skills. My mehendi literally looked so stunningly intricate, as if made using a stencil. He spent hours making sure each line was perfect and copied the design on both hands exactly. Same goes for the designs for my feet. Laxman ji and his team are professional and soft spoken, so my mehendi function went off smoothly as well. The artists who stepped in lost patience and barely delivered on the design, finishing it with haphazard and unprofessional details. The designs for guests were also subpar. I had booked seeing reviews on wedmegood. But I regretted later. Honest review- Laxman ji is polite. he had sent two people to apply mehndi. I didn't find them professional. the design I selected was not applied as it looked in the picture. at the end they were in hurry and left some places empty for "bridal mehndi" which was really disappointing. please discuss and ask them to send only professionals and not beginners cuz we pay so much but I felt it was not worth it.

While Laxman was a good business man who quickly came and took advance, on the day of the mehandi he sent some guy called “Indrajit” who put my bridal design HORRIBLY and also charged me extra; he kept lying that the other guy will come and ended up doing all the henna horribly. Fabulous! That’s the word to describe Lakshman. He’s young, extremely talented and super efficient. As a bride who wants beautiful mehendi applied, the only things you want are good design and quick application - he does both, and does them extremely well. I chose a complex design and he executed it to the T. He’s gifted - draws extremely well, and extremely fast. I was prepared to sit for 6 hours, but he very easily finished my full hands and full legs (with one helper) in 3 hours and 15 minutes! I was the happiest a bride could be. Beautiful designs and such little time. I am not an easy person to please artistically, I chose a difficult design, he delivered and more :) don’t think twice, just book him! You won’t have to worry about a gorgeous mehendi :)
