Being from the US, we had our hesitations working with a vendor in India given issues NRIs have historically faced. However, Ketu is one of the most (if not, the most) professional vendor I’ve had the pleasure of working with! Not only is she responsive, she’s very expressive and maintains a communication frequency that puts our minds at ease. Working with Ketu has been one of the best decisions I took for my wedding. I got my wedding cards , welcome boards and venue backdrop done with her help. Considering the wedding was just a month away she did an amazing job at designing and getting my cards printed in two weeks. Working with Ketu has been a pleasure! I reached out to Ketu regarding a few invitation designs using a range of design elements (foiling, laser-cutting, traditional graphics). She saw the angle I was coming from and also suggested other mediums she'd worked with before, including handmade papers and screen-printing. My experience of having Ketu design mine and my fiancé’s wedding invites was perfectly smooth from the moment I engaged with Ketu and throughout the work. I had started designing my invites in the UK and then realised quickly I needed help (not being a designer)! So as I was going to be travelling to India I reached out to Ketu. It has been nothing short of pleasurable to work with Ketu on our very complicated invitations. At first we had a design concept in our minds which we asked Ketu to execute on. As time progressed we decided to change our minds and go with another idea. Ketu was extremely patient and understanding of this change in direction. Our next biggest issue was delivery. With our wedding being a destination for several people we needed our cards to be in the guests hands no later than 3 weeks from the time we started working together. From responding to my messages in the middle of the night, to providing a high degree of confidence with the delivery tracking, she did it all. The end to end solution was nothing short of spectacular and I cannot stress the hard work and effort she put forth to make our invitations extremely special. Every recipient of the card (ecard or physical card) was extremely impressed which helps set the tone for the wedding.
