They were really good at everything. The hairdo and makeup was fabulous and nothing was bad regarding that. The thing that bothered me lot was that they had a lot of bookings at the same time and there was a lot of hassle and they couldn't attend to everyone nicly.

I went to Looks Salon for my engagement day make up and it was a nice experience. I wanted a very subtle and decent make up and the make up artist was able to give me that so I was pretty much satisfied with my look. The only thing that disappointed me was that they totally forgot about my booking and they were not prepared for it but they did make it up for it and arranged an artist at that moment only but my overall experience was good.

We had the team stay over at the venue from Looks Salon, Delhi and they did a fantastic job. They were very involved with everyting and their work was very satisfactory. There were 3 people from their side and we had hired a couple of people locally to help them out.
