The worst money laundering wedding photographers. Beware of this unprofessional company. It’s been 10 months to my marriage and they haven’t delivered the wedding video. They are always making excuses but fail to deliver on results. The photographers were on time and took good photos but after that it was a complete nightmare. We had to follow up for each and everything to get our photos or videos and they took months to get back to us. They still haven’t given us our wedding video. They also did very basic job in the wedding video they first sent us. This company is just name nothing more than that.

There is no limits on how irresponsible this team can get. Initially they seemed really good, and promised all things wonderful and seeing the social media account and their works here, I was easily swooned. Its been close to A YEAR NOW (10 months since) my wedding, I have delayed a 3 month to choose pictures myself, still they promised to deliver everything from edited pics for social media purpose, highlights, album, full video, etc by January , I have all the screenshots. They have been communicating rudely at first, later on when I complained to Mr Hisham who had been the person in contact since first from Lumiere's side, they started being better at communicating. At this point, I can say they have been only fraudulent, in this case I have only received the highlights video until now. Their videography team was good on the wedding day, to be honest. All my families and friends are shocked and disappointed by now. People who got married close to my dates had it by next month with equally reputable teams. This has been a waste of my time money n all the effort. Their treatment was truly unprofessional, disappointing, ingenuine and unfair. I have been very timely in my payment infact I paid the entire amount within a month of fixing the contract. Please do not get attracted to them cz of their social media like me. Totally devastated and regret my decision on hiring this team. They promise one thing and do not keep their word. I am only writing this after waiting for too long, and currently NO ABSOLUTE RESPONSE from their side. I have only my experience and will not recommend this team to anybody I care about.

For my wedding all I knew was it would be only Lumiere wedding company who would capture our precious moments or no one. They are so easy to work with. Cool and calm team , just so professional and polished and always on time. And a big thank you to them for making a video of me and my sister grooving to a punjabi song . That was the best part of our wedding. It was just a spot on thought and I think we could nail it only with their help. Source
