I had a terrible experience after making the payment. The customer manager was unhelpful, the video quality was awful, and the pricing was excessive. Don’t be misled by their social media marketing. I would not recommend this videography service for weddings. Their client relationship executive is rude, doesn’t care about client requests, and argues for no reason with a bad attitude.

Lumiere Wedding Photography – Not Worth the Hype If your wedding isn’t a luxury event, Lumiere won’t give it the attention it deserves. Delays, poor editing, and lack of professionalism made our experience frustrating. You’re better off choosing a smaller, more dedicated team. Our photos arrived a month late, poorly edited, with noticeable flaws like mismatched skin tones and closed eyes. The wedding highlights took two months, and we had to give them exact timestamps just to sync it with the music—an Instagram auto-edit would have been better. The album took nearly a year, and customer service was dismissive throughout. For ₹1,40,000, we expected much better. Save yourself the stress and go with a team that actually values your wedding.

The worst money laundering wedding photographers. Beware of this unprofessional company. It’s been 10 months to my marriage and they haven’t delivered the wedding video. They are always making excuses but fail to deliver on results. The photographers were on time and took good photos but after that it was a complete nightmare. We had to follow up for each and everything to get our photos or videos and they took months to get back to us. They still haven’t given us our wedding video. They also did very basic job in the wedding video they first sent us. This company is just name nothing more than that.
