I’m writing this review for return favours we had gotten for my daughter’s wedding. Let’s begin by saying that what we saw in-person and what we received is completely different. When meeting with Shikha in-person she was extremely agreeable and seemed quite passionate about completing our order. However, the quality of the boxes and the items in the boxes was absolutely not the items we paid for. The quality of the nandi cow in the boxes itself was so cheap it’s crumbling in my hands and many of my guests have complained about these boxes and saying that in taking them back home after the wedding the boxes have already diminished. My family and I were terribly embarrassed by this. This part of the review only seeks the actual quality of the product not to mention that interacting with Shikha over the phone and working with her was also quite challenging and she was quite inflexible at many times. I wouldn’t mind working with someone who is inflexible, if they delivered a good product, but as you can see in the videos and photos which I have posted there is no quality in this product. We feel scammed in the product we bought, not only did we select a smaller box to have it be cheaper for shipment, she gave us these large clunky boxes that ultimately ended up breaking. This was a very large budget order. For our Haldi event, we also ordered potli bags for our guests and the potli design we picked and paid for we received something so cheap. She completely scammed us and gave us the worst products, it was embarrassing to give it to our wedding guests and we are so saddened to have wasted our money and resources when we could have used a better and nicer vendor to curate return favors for one of the most special days of our lives.

Good stuff. There was problem initially but she fixed it in time.
