Not a great experience, makeup was not finished on time. I had long braid for my muthurtham but it hardly lasted for the ceremony. Almost mid-ceremony the braid came off. The extensions were not the right length. After it was her fault for hairstyle failure, I had to be put into a bun by saree change, which was not planned. She charged me for 2 hair styling although it was her fault. The bun was not secured properly, entire rest of ceremony there were fly aways. I had to pay my extra to my photographer to retouch all my wedding photos to edit fly aways and messy flowers on my bun. The makeup she did on my mother was not appropriate to her age or mature skin. It made her look cakey and dry, she washed her face because Deepti didn't know how to handle mature dry skin. So the money I paid for my mother's makeup was a complete waste of money. She started demanding final payment even before I could go out finish the rest of my ceremony. As the wedding was held in temple premises, she & her team left for temple even before my second saree draping and was late even for that. Overall, a really sour experience. Wouldn't recommend this artist for your special day. Please save your money and peace, book another makeup artist so you can enjoy your day stress-free. Edit: I am completely honest about my experience doing business with you. The vanished/blocked part only came into picture after the complete payment was done, I still have screenshots and bank statements to prove it. I exclusively told you not to use my photos on your page as content, guess you don't have any regards for your client's wishes so others who are unaware get the real picture of who they are working with. I have the photos of my disaster braid and failed bun with fly aways to prove it too. I had not posted anything publicly for 3 years because of my grace. I didn't want to bring negative attention to a woman in business, just wanted to show solidarity because I was taught not to say anything negative for a women striving in business. But potential clients can see the reply to an honest comment and judge how the service would be. Your reply has proved my point to be precise. The butt-hurt comment of me being jobless is funny. Guess who is at a better job and earning in $$$$ :D
