I had booked them for our family’s makeup, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, they arrived very late. Then they rushed through everyone’s makeup and did a very poor job. Despite this, they charged us an unnecessarily high amount. When we tried to talk to them about the issues, they completely denied everything. The team that came along was also very unprofessional. Most importantly, the bride’s makeup started patching and coming off within just 2 hours, which completely ruined her look. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would strongly advise not to hire this team for makeup, hair, or saree draping. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. They neither know how to drape a saree properly nor deliver good makeup. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept blaming us for everything—skin tone, the saree, and anything else they could point fingers at. Their behaviour was highly unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. The constant “I know it all” attitude was extremely irritating and made the experience even worse. Definitely not recommended.

Booked for my wedding functions (haldi, sangeet and wedding ) Absolutely Unprofessional, assistants are useless. She is overconfident, will agree to everything but won't deliver anything close to it. Arrived late at every function (eg: called her at 11am arrived at 1:40pm) and her assistants consistently did bad makeup and hairdo of all the guests. Their assistant will blame everything but will not correct themselves. Blame saree for wrong draping, blame skin tone for bad makeup, also they are always in rush and don't even know basic stuff. On my wedding day makeup was coming off , draping of the lehenga duppata was absolute mess. If you really want a good makeup and hairdo please don't book her. Spoilt my day and also my mood. Please change your profession and don't ruin someone's money and important days.

We had a terrible experience with this make up artist Riya. First day she came an hour late.. she was just experimenting on make up without checking what suits or what would go with the outfit. Her make up was garish and terrible and her attitude was the worst. She brought some juniors with her and it was as if we were Guinea pigs and they were experimenting on us . She completely spoilt my mood with her terrible make up and attitude. She doesn’t really know how to enhance features . Also my sister had to guide her for draping.. all in all , I would never recommend this make up artist to anybody. If I could give her zero star I would. It was the biggest mistake to hire her. I wish I had seen the other bad review earlier. She was sleeping on the bed and they also used the bath tub in the suite room . Totally unacceptable behaviour.

Worst experience ever! I booked her for my Mehendi & Haldi make up and she did a terrible job. She charged me for Nars make up and used Swiss Beauty products. When confronted she said they use a mixed bag and the only thing she had of Nars was the foundation, rest all the products were substandard. The make up brushes were dirty and unhygienic. Extremely unprofessional team, when I was getting my make up done in the living room, two of them were doing my make up and the rest of them were sleeping in my bed. I had a terrible experience with this. Fake pictures, fake reviews. Weddings are once in a lifetime event, do not get it ruined by choosing them. Being from New York we dint’t know much about makeup artist’s from Jim Corbett. But luckily I came across Riya’s profile and read good reviews about her. I am glad I booked her for my sister wedding.
