had an absolutely terrible experience. I booked her for sider’s makeup, and after taking the booking, she completely ignored my messages and calls. It took constant follow-ups just to get a response, only for her to casually say that her team would handle it. Her team, however, was beyond unprofessional—completely dismissive of my requirements and unwilling to listen. I was promised a specific artist at the time of booking, but her team suddenly claimed that anyone available would come. When I insisted on the agreed artist, she rudely backed out last minute, saying she didn’t want to do the makeup and offered a refund—leaving me stranded at the worst possible time. Their service is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and irresponsible. They have zero respect for commitments, no sense of customer service, and absolutely no accountability. Do not trust them unless you want to be ditched at the last moment. Horrible experience with an unprofessional and careless team!

very bad experience! had contacted her 4 months prior my wedding n she had agreed to it and I did not care to look for another makeup artist but 2 months prior the wedding she denied saying that she is running busy! such unprofessionalism!!
