I had Surabhi as my wedding makeup artist and I must say she has done a fantastic job! Working with her was easy and smooth, firstly because she's extremely professional in her job and secondly, she's extremely friendly. She gave me the perfect look that I had always dreamt for myself on my wedding day! Thank you Surabhi for making my day a perfect one!

Firstly, I just can't thank Wedmegood enough for connecting me with Surbhi. I was looking for a make-up artist for my Engagement and was a bit skeptical about it for the look I desired for. No wonders, she did an amazing job. Kudos! I was so content with the Engagement Make-up that I trusted her with the Wedding-Reception as well. All the three looks have been unique, which came along with a plethora of appreciations. More than just a make-up artist, she was incredibly calming and supportive throughout the process. I had the pleasure of getting my makeup done by Surabhi for my engagement, wedding, and reception and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. For each of the three occasions, she created completely different hairstyles and looks that suited the event perfectly. What I appreciated the most was that I still looked like myself, just a more beautiful and elegant version. All the looks were classy, simple and very graceful. I had clearly told her that I don’t like heavy makeup or a look where it feels like I have a lot of makeup on my face. She understood that perfectly. She did not change my skin tone at all, yet somehow I looked refreshed, radiant, and different in the most natural way. My eye makeup was especially amazing that my better half complimented me saying it felt like I was “talking through my eyes,” which I will never forget. For my engagement and sangeet, which were on the same day, she created a beautiful braid hairstyle with very classy makeup. The makeup worked perfectly with both outfits I wore — a saree and later a lehenga — and it looked just as elegant with both looks. For my wedding, she gave me a traditional Marathi Nauwari bride look. The khopa hairstyle looked absolutely stunning and completed the traditional bridal look beautifully. For the reception, I had to be on stage within just 40 minutes after changing my outfit. Surabhi managed to get me completely ready within that tight timeframe, which honestly amazed everyone. All the guests were surprised at how quickly I changed my outfit and was ready again. She transformed my look from a traditional bride into a classy Sahavari saree look with open hair — exactly the way I had imagined. I have never liked a middle partition for my hair, but she confidently suggested trying it for the reception look and reassured me that it would suit me. To my surprise, it actually looked beautiful. What meant the most to me was how well she understood my fears and insecurities about how I might look. She patiently listened and did everything accordingly. While doing my makeup, she would make cheerful comments and reassure me which really lifted my mood and helped me relax. A wedding is one of the most special and emotional moments in a girl’s life and Surabhi made it even more memorable with her cheerful, supportive, and frank nature. My father also mentioned how fresh and naturally beautiful I looked, which meant a lot to me. I’m truly grateful to Surabhi for making me feel confident, elegant, and happy on all my special days..Thank you so much!!
