I got cheated by the makeup artist on my wedding day and she violated my privacy - 1. 25th November - she arrived 2 hrs late for my party makeUp. Charged me 5500 instead of 2500 by saying it was the ‘premium’ package. 2. 26 November- BRIDAL DISASTER Part 1 - charged me 6000 as waiting charge PER HOUR. She hardly had to wait 45 mins. This charge was not informed to us nor is it mentioned in the website. 3. 26 November- BRIDAL DISASTER Part 2- messed up the flowers in my hairdo and could not add the side riha which is a latest trend. She gave up and went away. When another MUA show me in distressed they helped me complete my look. 4. 26 November- BRIDAL DISASTER Part 3 - for my wedding look she did a simple bun. Said she would properly fix my Uroni after clicking some photos but did not deliver as promised. Uroni fell off, the mangtika fell off. Moreover asked family members to iron the outfit. I have seen professional MUA not needing an iron at all. 5. 26th November - I had booked two 2500 package for my mom but she claimed to have done 5000 twice and claimed my mom demanded it which was a complete lie. 10000 gone 6. 26 November - she charged my aunt 5500 for a makeup she did not do 7. 28th November we found out about her misleading receipt and confronted her. In the confrontation I had specifically announced that I do not give her consent to use my face. Yet she posted me and kept me blocked. After this I left a review in google and wedmegood. 8. Btw I had given my inspo very early on still she could not deliver.

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel super comfortable and understood exactly what I wanted. What I loved the most was how patient and sweet she was throughout the whole process—no rush, no pressure, just a calm and professional vibe. I got so many compliments on my look and the makeup stayed intact for hours, even with some dancing and sweating! I had a very good experience with Krishna both during the trial and the actual day of the wedding. She was very kind and professional and gentle on my skin. I hardly slept the night before the wedding and had a huge pimple but she covered it up so well and made the makeup look so natural and beautiful. She also made sure I got a few minutes of rest before the makeup started since I was so tired. The eye makeup was also very pretty but not overwhelming. Everything was really well done. Krishna and her assistant, Dipti, also styled my husband's mother and sister's hair. Everyone looked beautiful. Would definitely recommend Krishna.
