I booked her (for my sis-in-law's engagement and wedding along with my party makeups on both days) after speaking to her over phone. She was very sweet to talk, gave us some discount (as she already had bridal makeups on both our dates) and kept on repeating that our makeup shall stay for atleast 15-20 hours (as I was worried for early timings). On the engagement day due to some last moment urgency we reached her tiny studio 20 minutes late for which she created such a big fuss, freaked out and panicked completely, despite me repeatedly saying sorry to her. To the bride from the moment she sat for her makeup she freaked out even more to an extent of continuously embarrassing the bride, shouting at her, telling her that she has a terribly bad skin, she should have waxed her facial hair, used some xyz products (despite the fact that bride’s dermatologist denied doing that) and finally even being the self proclaimed best makeup artist she wont be able to do much about the makeup. Genuinely an extremely rude and a ruthless lady! She gave us less than 1.5 hours in total for the airbrush engagement makeup and my party makeup in total. There was a hue and cry situation at her studio all beacuse of herself. she also took the remaining balance also from us the very same day in cash. I am attaching a reference picture of the bride's airbrush makeup (taken at her studio itself) Bride's eyelash was coming off right there, her eye corners were naked and entire makeup was breaking, and same was the case with me. She actually made the bride cry on her big day!!! Post that terrible experience we decided not to screw the wedding day and called her for just doing the hair do (for which she had a freelancer (who was actually good) and the hairdo was obviously part of our services) to which she said a blunt NO. instead said we can take her service in another year if we change our minds. I have a question to her how often does she think people get married? its a lifetime event madame !!! Instead of being apologetic she gave us all the attitude and was very rude! She simply took our money and denied even the hairdo alone we asked for!!! I am writing this detailed review only for you girls out there. Please dont get trapped by the initial false promises and sweet talks and dont let such ruthless moneymakers spoil your big day.. BEWARE !!!

It was amazing to have Roma do my makeup for my wedding day. It was a day-night wedding and she did a wonderful job in giving me a look for day as well as night. The most wonderful part was the makeup stayed intact for 18+ hours (I removed it after that) and it was a blessing. Being someone who doesn’t use makeup at all, it’s was amazing to have Roma, who understood perfectly what I wanted and delivered something way better!!

As someone who’s South Indian and much darker than North Indian brides, I haven’t seen any MUA care so much about matching my skin tone perfectly. She went in and added to her kit just to accommodate my skin.
