I had 3 functions for my wedding. For the first day I had booked someone who is a very big name in the industry. I was really heartbroken with the whole experience. When Ila came over for my Haldi makeup on my second day I was really nervous and anxious due to my previous day’s experience. But she understood me, visualised my vision and gave me back my confidence and energy. For my wedding she made me look so beautiful and elegant. The makeup was flawless and lasted so long. The products were high end and they weren’t patchy even after long hours of functions lasting. Her skills and talent is exceptional but more than everything she brings so much calm and positivity along with her. As a bride you have so much anxiousness and jitters around you but Ila is the anchor that grounds you and gives you back the warm embrace. I cannot stop praising and expressing immense gratitude that I have for her. I’d recommend every one that if you have come across her to be your makeup artist for your big day, you are at the right place. You don’t need to go to anyone else.

Makeup was good but contouring was missing. My face looked so fluffy. Contouring could have been done to avoid that.

It was truly a blessing to get Ila’s contact through a friend. I was looking for a makeup artist for my daughter’s school farewell—one of those core memories for a teenage girl. Since it was the first time she was getting her makeup done, I wanted her to feel confident and comfortable. I’m so glad I reached out to Ila. She was courteous enough to accommodate my request to come to our place, and on the day itself, she made everything so easy for us. She was absolutely unhurried—even though I know she had other appointments lined up. She gave her full time and attention to the makeup, with no rush at all. My daughter has acne, and Ila ensured she received excellent, natural-looking coverage. Even though hairstyling wasn’t included, she still went the extra mile and gave the hair a final touch. My daughter was wearing a net saree, and due to the heavy work on it, it could have been uncomfortable. However, Ila draped it beautifully, ensuring my daughter was completely at ease. The pleats were neatly and securely pinned, which made a big difference in her comfort and confidence throughout the event. All in all, it was a wonderful experience with Ila, and I can’t thank her enough for making everything so smooth and stress-free for us.
