As someone who knows very little about makeup, I was quite anxious about how everything would turn out for my wedding makeup because we all know MAKEUP can make and break it. Between everything I got Jyotsna's contact and recommendation from a family friend and as soon I spoke to Jo, she put me at ease with her warm and friendly demeanor. What I loved most was how she genuinely listened to my opinions and incorporated them into the final look. Her ability to blend her professional expertise with my personal preferences was truly impressive. For each occasion—my engagement, Haldi, and wedding—she created a look that was natural and nude, just as I wanted. I felt completely comfortable in my skin and my dress, and I still looked like myself, which was very important to me(never felt overdone or like a “joker”). One of the standout aspects of working with Jyotsna was her attention to detail and her love for symmetry, which matched my own. This shared appreciation for balance and precision made the experience wonderful and less stressful. Beyond her artistic skills, she is a good person. We could talk about life, and her conversations were as amazing as she is. She never seemed tired or frustrated, even when she had to redo my hair for one of the looks, set my juda flowers, or reapply my eye makeup because of my watery eyes. I remember she even took the extra step of fixing my dupatta on the stage, which was appreciable. I highly recommend her to any bride looking for a talented and understanding makeup artist. Jyotsna is a great makeup artist. She did my sisters makeup for her wedding and then mine for my engagement. I had only two requests - To maintain my complexion shade and not to Shane my facial features through contours and highlights. Suffice to say Jyotsna delivered on both requests and left me with a beautiful look that fetched me many compliments throughout the night!

Everything went well. Makeup was loved by all. :) I didn't feel too heavy with it on me. I saw some of the photographs and they have come out really well too. She did the makeup for my entire family, and everyone was so happy. Her techniques and the subtlety of her makeup were surreal—it looked completely natural.
