Makeup and Hair by Sakshi

I booked Sakshi Gupta for my bridal makeup, and the experience was an absolute nightmare. She arrived 1.5 hours late and ignored all my calls, only to send a rude WhatsApp message asking why I was “calling continuously.” Instead of taking responsibility, she forwarded me the number of a random girl named Arohi and told me to “coordinate with her.” That girl also never picked up. When Sakshi finally showed up, she stayed barely 15 minutes half of which she spent on phone calls. She then abruptly left with my makeup unfinished and my hairstyle not even started, claiming her “hairstylist” would complete the look. The person who arrived later was yet another unknown girl who came without basic tools or products—no makeup kit, no hairstyling tools, no hair accessories, no nail paint, not even press-on nails. To make matters worse, the party makeup included in my package was also refused, with no explanation. Because of Sakshi’s blatant unprofessionalism, lies, and complete disregard for her client, she derailed my entire wedding schedule, the photographer’s timings were thrown off, and even baarat had to wait for hours. In the end, it was my sisters and friends who got me ready. I genuinely believe this is a fraudulent makeup artist who takes bookings and payments without delivering even a fraction of what she promises. I am sharing this so no other bride has to experience this trauma. Please protect your wedding day and do NOT trust this makeup artist.

Worst experience ever. We booked Sakshi for a bridal event for which she first arrived late, then did not complete the makeup and even brought very few products for hairstyle etc. she was extremely rude and even left the makeup in between. The bride’s friends and sister had to complete her makeup and even remove their own accessories for hairstyle. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

The experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked her for bridal makeup for a night wedding, and all details - including hair styling and the type of flowers required - were discussed well in advance. Although she mentioned she was running late, she assured us she would arrive by 8 PM. Despite multiple follow-up calls, she only reached the venue around 9 PM, by which time the baraat had almost arrived. Her delay created significant panic and unnecessary chaos at a moment that should have been smooth and joyful. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and such unprofessional behaviour severely affected the entire experience. Even after arriving so late, she behaved rudely. She brought only red roses, which we never requested and which didn’t match the overall bridal look. And despite being responsible for complete hair styling, she left without doing any hair styling at all. She did only the eye makeup and half of the base before abruptly leaving the venue without informing anyone or discussing anything. Overall, her conduct was extremely unprofessional and caused a great deal of distress on a day that should have been special, smooth, and memorable for us.

Very unprofessional. They hurried the whole time, left the bride unattended without hair and makeup completion. Terribly rude, they are asking for money after ruining someone's wedding day with their pathetic service

Extremely disappointed with this makeup artist. My bride had booked her for the wedding day, but unfortunately, things went very wrong. She arrived 1.5 hours late, which caused significant stress on such an important occasion. After finally reaching, she stayed for barely 10 minutes and left, leaving my bride in a very difficult situation. This resulted in a lot of emotional distress, she was in tears on what should have been one of the happiest days of her life. Because of this delay, the entire wedding setup was affected, the photographer had to wait, and even the baraat was delayed, causing unnecessary chaos. This was our experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision

Extremely disappointed with the time management. We booked Sakshi for 9 AM, but her team showed up only at 11:30 AM, and Sakshi herself arrived around 1 PM. Our function, which was scheduled for 12, got delayed and started at 2:30 PM only because of her. She had taken multiple brides on the same day and clearly couldn’t manage her commitments. The makeup was good, but the chaos and delay ruined the overall experience. If you value punctuality and professionalism, I wouldn’t recommend booking her.
