Makeup by Iti Adaniya

You would like her work a lot and would want to get her services for your big day, but it might turn out to be a challenging and draining task because they take hours and days to revert, and you'd be "lucky" if you get a chance to have a proper conversation with her. We completely understand how busy and exhaustive wedding seasons can be, but what's beyond our understanding is how unprofessional someone can be with their client handling. After a full fledged discussion of 10-15 days, and ofcourse constant lack of communication (maybe sometimes from our end too), we finalised the booking and everything. After that we kept asking for payments, advance, trials, but no response at all. And one day, out of nowhere, she & her team denied their availability on those same dates and told us "kisi aur se karwalo." I can only make one request after this, please never ever hurt your clients like this when all they're asking for is a firm response. And also, find a good team who understand the etiquettes to deal. Last minute turning your back on a bride and a whole family make up? TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I contacted iti for my wedding which is in feb, she at first picked my call, confirmed that she is available & will be okay in givinv trials & currently in bombay & once back will let me know. After few weeks i again reached out, called her multiple times, asked my friends to call her & then got to know she came back. After that, i asked her if we can arrange trials & again the same - no replies, clear ignore. It’s okay if you don’t want to work, but the worst part is hanging the client. Hated the attitude & the way entire thing was handled.

I had a disappointing experience. The service fell short of expectations , and the staff seemed unprofessional . Overall, not a positive visit.

Iti did an amazing job with the makeup for all three main events for my sister’s wedding. She is super professional, understands what you need, stayed calm and did her job well with all the time constraints. I would recommend her to the brides and family.
