Absolutely unreliable makeup artist. I had paid her my advance after some initial conversations. I had to follow up for an invoice, any confirmation a week after the payment. I shared other requirements I had, instead of communicating on those she asked her assistant to call me up an initiate a refund without any conversation. Highly unprofessional.

I was a client with Mausam and booked her for my make up for my wedding in Bali. Due to some unavoidable circumstances and also coronavirus in Bali, India & here in australia my wedding could not go ahead which was out of my control , I asked her to refund my deposit (56,000 rupees) which she simply refused. I also requested to consider the current circumstances globally as borders are shut and I cannot travel to India. I was also happy for her to deduct some balance out of the payment (for services I didn’t receive) however she simply refused to cooperate. Please be careful with your money guys, so if there are any circumstances that are out of your control she will rip you off and not cooperate.
