Very unprofessional! She threatened to leave me and my mother stranded on the very last minute, telling us on the engagement function that she will not be coming for the wedding makeup. On the engagement day, when my mom was shivering with high fever and I was taking care - she asked me to first transfer the payment and only then will she start the makeup. We got done 5 minutes after the anticipated time and she told me that I should look for someone else for the next day, as I wasn’t respectful of her time. Overall, has high attitude and is not flexible.

Mridula is an excellent makeup artist. Once you explain the look you want, you can trust that Mridula will take over and give you exactly what you want. She has an understanding of what will suite your face and dress attire and she does complete justice to it. I received several compliments.

It was my sister's wedding and we got our make up done by Mridula Malhotra. She was really good. The make up was actually perfect and we loved it so much. She is very professional and works really well. She makes sure that her clients are satisfied and happy and we definitely are!

booked mridula for my engagement event, she has a big name in market but i personally did not like the quality and make up as well, she was seems like very claver lady and dont even listen what i was asking
