Since I couldn’t secure a different time slot due to heavy saya, I opted for the open one because it had been my dream to get ready from you. Great experience, we all know that her makeup is good but it is not just about makeup it is about how they manage their brides. With very professional behaviour and great management. I liked everything here except for the hairstylist 😬 she was very rude 😬 and was not open to any suggestion. They should understand that brides are so much for one day so they will ask things. Other than that everything was butter smooth❤️

You can keep all your worries aside and be there on time, the rest she and her team will take care of. Parul Garg does her job meticulously, takes care of even the minute details that may not be noticeable to us. I am very disappointed with my experience at Parul garg. I paid a lot a lot for Bridal makeup and I had the worst experience. It is actually a bridal factory, nobody care how you feel and no one treat like you are special they just do there normal makeup which even won't look nice. If you talk about hairstyle they will give you a plain hairstyle and even if you deny everybody will start praising your hairstyle to make your day worst. To be true I would recommend preeti rekha mua Or Kriti mua because they are sweet and generous towards there bride. If you visit on her page mostly brides are models, so don't fall for that. WORST MAKEUP PLACE! BEWARE!!! I wish there was an option to rate them zero, actually it's not even zero because instead there is so much damage that they do by spoiling your special day and wasting your money ( I mean, I paid 23k for torture??)...so it's way too negative. I went to their studio for my engagement makeup, misguided by their number of followers and their rating. First some junior person did my hair, and she insisted I use hair extension. She told me that your hair is short and light, it wont look good in the natural length or texture, so hair extension is must, for which they charged me 2k separately. I was not comfortable but they kept on insisting. Later a senior artist took over, and I told her I need a bit subtle and natural makeup. At the end, I did not like what the result was as there were so many layers, so unnatural look, and not at all close to what I wanted. Again artists there kept on insisting that it was otherwise. As soon as I reached the venue, I started seeing patches on my nose and later forehead as the makeup started wearing off. I was not carrying any products myself as I never occurred to me that such a scenario could arise. It was a mental torture trying to fix the makeup throughout, like even before I could make my bridal entry. Like, how could I have matched the shades they applied? Somehow I got some help, and literally some coverup was done, but it was clearly showing up. I continued to feel so conscious throughout the event where "I" was the main attraction. I later reported and complained about this to their team, they kept on delaying addressing it, saying, we will talk to manager etc. Later I was told "We use best products...bla bla bla...every one's skin is different....it may not have suited. It depends on the weather etc bla bla bla". The lady was rude, and she was not at all ready to even accept something like this happened (though I shared my pictures with her), forget apologizing. When I look back I feel like, even if I had washed off my face at venue and then done the makeup myself, I would have looked so much better than what I did that day. I never shared /posted pictures from engagement anywhere...I mean I hate it so much. And the only consolation I give myself is atleast it wasn't my wedding day. I really wonder how she has got so many followers, good rating...I am sure it's all manipulated. The makeup at my wedding was much better. I am not in Delhi, otherwise I would have barged into their stupid studio and shouted. I feel like just writing reviews may not help, as the sufferers like us get lost among their manipulated brides. If there is another way to take severe action, make a community of us, raise voice? LET'S DO THAT PLEASE. NEW BRIDES BEWARE!!!! These people are fake! insensitive! rude! I wish them the worst!

I had my engagement makeup with them at their studio and I really would say my experience was pathetic. So I was actually satisfied with my makeup look but what bothered me most were their intentions of having me there. Their entire focus was just on the fact that they want to make content for their social media platforms without realising that it was my big day and they need to help me relax. I told them quite a lot of things to change in my makeover but what they consistently kept saying was let us shoot our video then you can change whatever you want to. I did not pay you such a heavy amount for you to make videos and content out of me. And the worst was when they had accidently lost my jewellery and not even agreeing to you. Parul garg herself instead of coming and calming me out had the audacity to blame me entirely. And after all this after me constantly refusing to pose for the videos, forced me to make one for them and did not let me out of the studio. What a shame, weird ways to make money. You guys dont really care about the bride. You are so fame obsessed and certainly egoistic that you forgot you are need to behave human in the first place. Everyone's time is as important as yours. To the upcoming brides, Please consider my note before your big day.

Services ..when it comes to just makeup..it's beyond perfect...but the other services, and other things required to curate a look, are being partially provided, as per the artists' convenience. Never ever take early morning (before 10am) or late evening (after 5:30pm) slots... the services in both these slots will leave you with a feeling of biased behavior by the artist and by the team !! The way the PG ma'am gives attention to hairstyle, jewellery, draping and all personally which we see on social media, all that stuff is missing in both these slots Even more clearly ask for hidden or extra charges While booking (by personally visiting the studio-- i didn'thad a look at website,why would i ?), i was not mentioned about late evening charges, the deal was done as per their standard charges only, i received a booking email as well there also it wasn't mentioned,then just a day or two before my wedding they called me up and mentioned regarding this, which created a chaos again.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE... I m following Parul Garg from more than 2 years...loving all her makeups without any doubt hence i decided to join her academy in March 2021 hence i use to check her website every now and then if slots are available but since then all her slots were booked. On 3rd Feb i found enrollment open for the batch starting from 1st May 2022..and 22nd may 2022. Then and there I enrolled for the batch starting from 1st May 2022, given the advance fees of 27k & applied for leaves in my office as per class schedule...as the classes were from 11am to 5pm (Monday to Friday). I was very happy and excited to join the course as i was trying from so long. Then on 20th April while I was checking the calendar i realised that 1st may is Sunday and classes are Monday to Friday...so 1st may, will it something sort of induction or what or will the class starts from 2nd may?? I was curious so i called the customer support... Srishti said in very rude tone - it's not mandatory that classes will be from Monday to Friday...it can be on anyday ... anytime...(because they have updated their website...however at the time of enrollment it was Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm(screenshot below)...but it changed after i enrolled...hence how would I knew it.) she asked.-Do you want to cancel your seat? .i said-No, ab toh mere paise fass gye coz jo likha tha ki classes Monday to Friday hogi wo toh aapne change kr diya . aur office mera Saturday Sunday mera working h jis din class b ho skti h...then she said i will discuss with my senior what can be done and i will call you back again. But instead of any callback, i got a msg after few minutes on WhatsApp that- as discussed your seat has been cancelled... I replied them- I didn't asked for cancellation..You said you will call me to discuss...but no reply of msg neither i received the call .. I messaged Parul Garg on Instagram as i heard in her stories that she handles her Instagram by her own- hence i informed her that your staff has cancelled my seat (she always give reply) but this time she seen the msg but didn't replied... and on 22nd April i called again and asked the girl (Supriya) to listen call recording if i asked for cancellation - she said ma'am to due to some misunderstanding we have cancelled your seat and given it to someone else... A round of applause for them that the seat which i booked almost 3 months ago with the advance payment, they cancelled without my consent and not ready to give it back to me. They refunded the amount however I wanted the seat.. Now realising that trusting Parul Garg academy and all her appreciation stories was my fault...please think before you join.

Hello Mam, Like every girl I also had a dream to get ready from you. My engagement was on 16 November, 2021. I couldn’t get your appointment as they informed me you only take morning slots. I got a senior artist. I came to the studio. Someone helped me with my bag and lehenga, which was really nice and appreciating. Later the senior artist started my makeup. It came out to be too white. I even told the senior artist the same, to which she replied it will settle in sometime. Later the hair artist came, to whom I told I just want ripples in my hair. But he also did curls. Also his hands were not really skilled. He kept on pulling the hair too hard. When the hair got done, my makeup was so caky that I again called senior artist and told her the same. To which she replied it is some problem of my skin. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
