I am extremely disappointed with the service. the base looked cakey and patchy, the blending was uneven and the overall finish did not suit my skin tone at all. instead of enhancing my fearures, the makeup made my face look full and heavy. For a process service, I expected much better quality and attention to details. Sadly, this experience was not worth the time or money. Please don't book her. she was doing the makeup so half heartedly.

I got Oosh to do my sister's Bridal make up for Wedding in May. I trusted her with her work, however the drape that she didn't for my sister for wedding in May in Delhi which was peak summer, was very shoddy and clumsy...She draped the dupatta in a way that looked very bad and the whole charm of legenga was taken away. Although it was a summer wedding, she draped the dupatta in a way that covered her entire hand and looked very bad. The make up also was not subtle and made my sister look more elder than her age rather than giving her a soft summer look. She put the blame on her drapist, but I would not recommend Oosh to anyone and its a waste to trust her since we gave her the job, it was her responsibility to ensure the drape and make up makes bride look the best on her wedding day. The wedding is one in lifetime which brides look forward, and the pictures are also forever. I wish we had not wasted our time and money with Oosh.

She doesn’t even know how to shape eyebrows properly or apply kajal and lipstick correctly. My entire makeup looked smudged and messy, completely ruining my look. On top of that, the products she used were of very poor quality. Instead of enhancing my features, the makeup made me look dull and untidy. It didn’t last long and started fading within a short time. I expected a professional service, but this was a total disappointment. Definitely not recommended!

Some Pro's and Con's: Pro's She arrived on time and finished all the makeup's in a timely manner Hairstylist was professional and checked on each step to make sure we got the desired look High quality products used Got my desired look which complimented my outfit Con's Too concerned about creating content when I needed help with my dupatta after getting ready. Wasn't clear about transportation charges/draping charges and there was no contract. I had to state everything on whatsapp to make sure we are on the same page. Response time on whatsapp was long. I wanted to meet in person/have a proper call before the wedding day, which didn't happen. Was adamant on using gajras only for hair when I was flexible to use the hairpiece I bought. Hope this helps future brides in making the right decision for your big day!

Living outside of India, choosing a makeup artist for my wedding in India was a task I wasn't looking forward to given the importance of the decision. I had come across Oosh's insta a couple weeks before getting in touch with her. Out of all the muas I'd shortlisted and spoken to, she's the one who'd put me most at ease. By chance I'd gone to India and managed a quick meeting with her before my wedding but rest assured, she's as professional in real life as she comes across in her social media. I had booked Oosh for my wedding and reception function. Like any other bride I was also very unsure and nervous about my looks on both days. Oosh came to the venue on time but there was almost two hours delay from my end...but she was so good and considerate towards my requirement. Had been looking for a space to write about my makeup experience, that I have had lately for my brother’s wedding in August 2018, however, had a challenge to do so, as I am nowhere on social network. Although, can't miss to appreciate someone so good. Makeup by Oosh was definitely flawless, an experience to share, be it choice of colors, brush strokes, dealing with her clients, engaging their ideas and requirements, also keeping her own class and tidiness, she most likely is one of the best around that I found, luckily! The moment she started her magic, I knew I was in safe hands and the results were out and to vouch for. Lovely to have had booked her! She made my occasion totally joyful. She is my recommendation for sure and definitely booked for all my future makeup jobs :)

She is awesome, wonderful person full of confidence and super awesome lady. What ever I write will be less to say about her because words will be less to write about super talented girl. She did make up for my sister in law in April and she was looking out of the world. I was so much impressed with her work. If I have to rate her it will be 5/5. Oosh was the MUA for my Sangeet and Wedding and she did a great job, especially on the wedding. I got the following: (A) HD Party Makeup for the Sangeet + Hairdo & Dupatta Draping: Overall review: The makeup complimented my outfit and I received many compliments on the complete look. Pros: Loved the eye makeup. The hairdo done by Oosh's assistant was quite nice too and different from the usual styles. Cons: Was not very happy about the base as I felt it could have been toned down. I was candid about this with Oosh and she took my request into account for the wedding makeup. I was additionally a little disappointed about the way the dupatta was draped, it kept hanging through the ceremony and I had to keep adjusting it. (B) Airbrush Bridal Makeup for the Wedding + Hairdo and Saree Draping: Overall review: The makeup on the wedding was done very well. Oosh took my apprehensions regarding the base into account. I was doning a simple bridal look with a saree and minimal jewelry and I think the makeup definitely complimented that. The overall look was exactly what I wanted. Pros: The makeup stayed on till morning, despite the humidity, heat during the puja (mine was a June wedding)! Plus, it was simple yet elegant which is what I wanted. All apprehensions I had about airbrush makeup were addressed by Oosh. Cons: Would just request Oosh to clarify extra costs ahead of the event in the future. Makes it easier. (C) Additional Services: Makeup for my sister and mother on both events. They took simple party makeup on both days along with hairdo and drape. They were satisfied with their looks overall, the only con being too much blush and a tad extra base. It shows in the video, not so much in the photos due to editing. The saree draping done for my mom on the wedding was very rushed and wasn't done well. Review for Oosh: Oosh is very professional and I was definitely impressed by her punctuality and work ethic. She wasn't fussy or demanding about the workspace (and makeup related requirements) and that definitely helped ease things for me and my family. I was happy that she was accommodating enough to come over to my place for the preliminary meeting since that helped me get a better idea of what she planned for both days. She is easy to talk to and takes feedback into account which puts a client at ease. I'd definitely recommend her services! :)

I got Oosh months in advance as it suited our budget and I liked her Facebook/instagram displayed work. She also had good reviews on wedmegood. We got her for 3 events: cocktail, wedding and reception dinner. She is good with makeup skills however not with time management. Just talk in advance about the assistant and details of draping clothes, hair style and time needed etc. The team was also responsible for my mother and sister's makeup, hair etc. With Oosh for her makeup skills; she works well. Her assistant's work is questionable.
