The planner becomes your best friend during the wedding and he truly was one. He was super hands on and was always available despite having a team who was managing and coordinating the tasks. On the main event days, I didn't need to even think of how everything is happening and flowing. There was NO obstacle at any of the events. For any last minute changes, they were standing right there with all solutions at hand.
