He is very bad with responding to your concerns and keeps avoiding your calls or text messages. Being in a service based industry, if client has any question who doesn’t respond??? I am the one who had TO always follow up with him and even asked if I had to pay any advance to have the assurance. He said all the dates were booked for me and nothing to worry and they will be there on time and all… All of sudden in august he says he won’t be able to take up the event as her sisters wedding is planned on the same date and he has to cancel my events….please note this all was even before Covid….the amount of stress this guy gives to the bride is unexplainable… for him this is just a business but for the bride it’s their dream and one time event for which they want look their best…I still carry the trauma I went through becoz of this guy till date….the saddest part is he didn’t even hesitate lie about her own sister wedding and all.. if you can’t manage your own dates , can’t be ethical to your self then don’t promise anything to a bride. For you it’s just another event for them it’s the only event….all this while I even believed what all he said was true and only after I saw that her sister got married in 2022 and saw all the reviews here, I realized that he does the same to everybody and decided to share my story…..I would not recommend this guy to anyone and there are lot more options available that do far better than this one.I hope this review helps at-least one person .

Unprofessional, unethical, fraudster is what describes this guy. I seriously don’t understand how the hell is he still in this field. He doesn’t know his own schedule and books multiple clients for same day (or he books multiple clients and picks one that he feels high-end client and says he missed to note down the dates blah blah). He doesn’t respond to messages or calls. I booked him in October 2021 for my wedding in February 2022 . I tried to reach him in jan for trial makeup session and didn’t get any response. He finally told me that he is double booked and trying to arrange another MUA for me 3 days before my wedding. How the hell does he expect a bride take that 3 days before their big day?? He tried to arrange one mua and complete makeup session by 6:30 when my muhurtham time is 10:30. What am I supposed to do in those 4 hours? trying to keep my makeup fresh? I finally managed to book another MUA by myself and they told me that they get at least one call from this guy every season, asking them to manage. That alone tells how un professional he is. Its somethings that he does in regular basis. If he is trying to fool you by saying all these bad reviews are by the client’s to which he never committed to, see the screenshots. Guys.. if you want to have a peaceful wedding, DO NOT book this guy

Pure lack of work ethic and cancels on the last minute if there is any other high profile or high paying appointments. He canceled one week before the appointment though the booking was done Months ago.

Maneesh is being recently known for decent make up but he is very frustrating and annoying to work with. He usually does not respond to calls or messages and at times also gives you the confirmation only to cancel during the last minute creating trouble and hassle. I would suggest staying away from this guy despite his decent make up due to lack of work ethic. I would never recommend him to any of my friends/family.

I have confirmed Maneesh for my Sangeeth makeup and I loved it so much that I asked him to continue for Mehendi and wedding too. He did a flawless job just making me look like a dream. He is very talented, detail oriented and truly has magic in his hands. He listens to what you like and actually takes your preferences into account while doing the makeup and sculpts the look. He did my mom's hair-makeup and she was super happy about his work. He is cool and friendly. The only flaw is he is slow in responding to messages before the bookings but gives prompt replies post event confirmation. I would recommend and suggest Maneesh to any upcoming brides/bridemaids and any day I would prefer Maneesh for my makeup :)

Contrary to all the reviews about him not responding to calls or messages, I always received response in time. I also heard from my friends and relatives that his marriage makeup is the best so far. It doesn’t get a little smudged or spoilt even after the long event of marriage. Having experienced this, I can vouch for the same. Maneesh is my go to person for any event. I really loved his work on Instagram so wanna give it a try but the worst part about him is the response rate is very bad and especially he wanna work for only high end clients so that’s the reason he always wanna check with venue first then after he check date & time. I contacted him first on WhatsApp with all the details of event just after receiving the venue details ( venue: xyz (Hyd)) he started ignoring me and ghosted completely even though I’m trying to follow up everyday on his availability. Later my family member contacted him with details this time we changed venue ( venue: falaknuma place (Hyd)) surprisingly he accepted and replied immediately. In this case I feel everyone should get equal opportunity.

Instagram is not allowing me to comment. If you want peaceful planning don't select him. Imagine how horrible it would be if someone cancels in the last minute and you don't have a backup because you think you are well planned.

I got my makeup done by Maneesh katam for my brides making ceremony. He gave me the exact look that i wanted , very natural and blended so well according to my skin tone . The hairstyle & saree draping was on point !! They completely transformed me on my big day :) We loved his work and I’m so glad i could get it done especially in this lockdown situation, he was very flexible with changes in timings and locations as well . Maneesh canceled the day before my wedding saying he is not well. I totally freaked out and started getting panick attacks. He referred another makeup artist which I couldn't deny because I had no time to search within hours. He didn't respond properly right from the beginning and my instincts were somehow telling me it won't work out and yes it didn't work out. Though Maneesh didn't do the makeup, I had to pay the full amount including the 13k flight charges?. People have to be recognized not just for their talent but also for their response rate and also for their manners.
