WORST and PATHETIC experience! Would NEVER recommend to anyone! We booked Mango tree for our wedding after doing lot of research and going by their Instagram pictures and paid them the deposit in hope that we will be getting out pictures and video in 2months as mentioned in the quote. But the company is so UNPROFESSIONAL that even after multiple follow ups we would not get a call back and even a single response. Thete is noone to raise issue or no platform to complaint.We were given Deepak as point of contact for our videos but pictures but he never responds on time or picks our call.It literally takes more than 10 calls from our end to get a call back from him.Noone from team is reachable once you give all the deposit. Till date we are struggling to get things done even after 4months of our marriage date.

From the day i finalized my Mangotree until the day we received our wedding album, they were always extremely professional and proactive. Never once did i have to followup or remind them about anything. Arya was amazing to coordinate with until the wedding. Jyothish Jassi Sreekuttan and all the boys were kind humble and fun to work with during the entire wedding and post wedding shoot. They never made us do anything we were uncomfortable with, they always kept the mood and atmosphere happy and jovial (even in the hot and humid Kerala weather). The wedding film and all photographs were also much better than i ever imagined. Thankyou for capturing one of the best days of my life in the most priceless way!
