Hello, I am completely heartbroken and deeply disappointed. On my wedding day, almost nothing that was promised was delivered. There were no flowers, no electric candles, no mandap decorated with flowers and props, and no brass props at all. In the bar area, where proper arrangements were clearly discussed, there were only three standing tables, which was completely inadequate and embarrassing in front of our guests. Additionally, no tables were decorated for the family dinner, despite multiple assurances. I trusted you with one of the most important days of my life. Instead of celebrating, I was left feeling stressed, helpless, and disheartened. A wedding cannot be redone, and the disappointment and emotional pain caused by this negligence will stay with me forever. This experience was not just unprofessional—it was emotionally devastating. Please go through the attached PPT slides carefully. I have clearly mentioned what was decided and what was actually delivered on my wedding day, purely for reference and clarity. As you can see, most of the committed elements were missing—no flowers, no electric candles, no mandap décor with props, no brass props, only three standing tables at the bar area, and no table decoration for the family dinner. This was not a small lapse. It was my wedding day—a once-in-a-lifetime event—and the gap between what was promised and what was delivered caused immense disappointment and emotional distress. I hope you understand the seriousness of this matter and respond responsibly.

I contracted Manmarziya for my wedding decoration. Their owner Anshika is the most pathetic professional ever. I wasn’t given more than 50% of the things that were finalised. The images and design themes we finalised were not followed. My SPOC Anshika didn’t respond to my calls and messages. She single handedly ruined my wedding. On top of it - the guy who came to do Pagdi’ Somit my family members took all the Safa cloth that we bought and ran away
