Had an extremely unprofessional response from Mark. After a lot of follow up, it took him more than 10 weeks to deliver the album. Which I would have still been ok with, if the pictures shared were up to the mark. ?A photographer understands the best time to share the pictures is when the entire family is anticipating them. It took him way too long, and the interest is slowly faded away. I have to say that we are quite disappointed with your response through out this engagement. And printing of the album was clearly a mistake. As mentioned on the mail it wasn't printed on a Coffee table quality nor the 12"x15" size. ( Delivered the album that was 10"x13.5") Now we are left with a disappointing album where the images seemed to be cramped as the size of the album is small and an unprofessional response that says 'The size was slightly changed by the printer. This is something that is out of my control.' We have been Extremely unhappy.
