Absolutely the most **incompetent and unprofessional designer store** I have ever dealt with. If you value your sanity and your special day, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. My experience was not just disappointing—it was infuriating and traumatic, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Let me make it perfectly clear how **utterly disastrous** their service was: I was given a trial date of 18th October. When I arrived, there was NOTHING ready. Not only did they keep arbitrarily changing my trial date and time, but they also made me run around like it was my job to chase after their failures. When I finally got there on the rescheduled date, they handed me a blouse and skirt with the WRONG dupatta. Despite their repeated, empty assurances that my outfit was “complete,” I got a last-minute call revealing the veil wasn’t even ready. On top of this, they had the audacity to LIE and claim that I ordered the wrong dupatta, blatantly ignoring the embroidery reference I provided in the order video. I was forced to make **countless calls**—most of which were ignored or met with more lies. It’s clear their only real skill is causing their customers distress. These people are callous, shameless, and completely unfit to be in business. They play with people’s emotions without a second thought. The blouse fitting was a complete disaster, forcing my mother and me to wait in their dingy factory until 1 AM just to get it fixed. The veil and ghunghat? Also late. They lied to my face over and over, saying “it will be ready in 15 minutes,” when in reality, it took them the entire day. Their customer service is not just bad—it’s non-existent. They are incapable of keeping a single promise and take zero responsibility for their mess. And it gets worse—the ghunghat they finally handed over, just ONE DAY before my wedding, didn’t even fit. Minutes before my entrance, we were scrambling with safety pins to make it work, completely ruining my entry and adding unnecessary stress and anxiety to what should have been a joyful day. **Do NOT trust this store with your special occasion.** They will waste your time, destroy your peace of mind, and leave you with nothing but regret and anger. Their service is an absolute disgrace, and they should be ashamed to call themselves professionals. Save yourself the trauma—go anywhere else but here.

First of all, they did not ready my lehenga in the stipulated time. I was asked by their team to no open my lehenga until the wedding day and when I opened to wear the lehenga I found the blouse, skirt and the net shoots torn. I immediately called the person I got the lehenga from and they did not take responsibility. It was a wedding nightmare I had and I do not suggest this brand
