I bought 3 outfits in total from them for my wedding trousseau. 5 stars for their collection and quality of work. The trouble is the service and staff. There is mismanagement, delays and gaps. I had to go through multiple rounds of fittings and delays to get basic alterations done which too were not free. Highly recommend to improve their service and staff. 🙏

May be good clothes but terrible terrible customer service. I ordered an outfit online only to receive the outfit 6 weeks later with wrong sizing.Even before sending the outfit they had to make corrections and still sent it to me without making any adjustments. When I reached out to them they suggested I send them the outfit back at my own expense, which I did and cost me more than an outfit itself only to keep following up with them since the outfit is still with dhl in their holding because they would not provide documents to clear the customs. I followed their directions to the T to aend them the outfit. If you are spending $$$ there ar ebetter designers with excellent customer support and team to help you out! Take your money somewhere else.

They make shopping so easy for the bride. Their management is super nice and courteous. They have a phenomenal collection of bridal wear and also other casual and semi casual wear. Loved shopping from here for my wedding.

I have been shopping from Matsya for quite a few years now and I have always had a wonderful experience. My last purchase from them was a lehenga that I bought for my brother's wedding. I love how patient they are in helping you choose the most perfect outfit for your special occasion. They have a huge variety to offer and the owners personally attend to you to help you choose your outfit. Needless to say, my lehenga fit like a dream and I absolutely loved what I was wearing. For someone who doesn't live in India anymore, Matsya was the perfect one stop shop for me for my brother's wedding outfits. I did not end up looking anywhere else. Larger than life showroom of Matsya at Naraina is an excellent shopping destination for Indian ethnic wear be it bridal, casual or daily office or home wear ladies attire. The showroom has got valet parking available. Even if you don't want to purchase anything, just visit the showroom to witness the enthusiasm, hospitality of the sales staff and also to have a look at the collection and ambience of the showroom.

I got my wedding gown from Matsya for my pre wedding shoot. The gown was so pretty and amazing everyone literally praised when they saw my pre wedding shoot.

I bought some of my wedding outfit from Matsya They were also very prompt with the service and my lengha was everything i imagined it to be. Very amazing work I must say.

It was my little sisters wedding and all of us were beyond thrilled! Among many other things to do, there was the magnanimous task of finding clothes. Thats where Matsya came to our rescue! Gorgeous clothes at a good price- and the colours were amazing! Utkarsh personally helped us finalize the outfits ( not like we needed much convincing, we would drool over anything he would show us). I selected a gold lehenga for myself that Twinkle Khanna wore in an ad and it looked stunning. Even my mom and massi bought the stuff from Matsya. While of us had different visions of what we wanted to wear and different sensibilities in terms of style, we ended up finding exactly what appealed to us. Utkarsh only had to show us a couple of lehengas before we would say yes for ours. From the cocktail to the wedding to their reception, everything that we wore was matsya and i’ve honestly used some of my outfits multiple times. While its a task for us to get from Gurgaon to Naraina, I still end up going there for matsya pret wear. I loved thes guys!

bought my wedding lehenga from chandni chowk before stumbing upon Matsyas instagram account. It was love at first lehenga! I immediately went to Naraina to check it out and it was heavenly! So much symbolism on lehengas with beautiful colours convinced me that i have to buy these outfits for my wedding... I cancelled my chandni chowk booking and Utkarsh helped me to find my perfect wedding lehenga. He knows exactly how to create MAGIC !!! While he was all about new palettes and new colours for a bridal lehenga ( like the forest green collection), i was more traditional- so we finalised a deep wine with an onion pink dupatta for the perfect mix. Even my sagan outfit, he gave me two dupattas for a royal look... while it took 2-3 fittings to get it right, but when they did get it right- it was down to perfection! This brand will force you to become loyal towards them because of their authenticity, commitment and above all great effort by the whole staff. Highly recommended!

Worst possible shopping experience, that too for my wedding. Ordered a custom dupatta along with my lehenga order in April 2019 (for my wedding in November 2019). Received the lehenga in May 2019, but customization was never done. So I asked the team to send the correct dupatta. It’s been 7 months and I never received it after months and months of being given several excuses. I was told that it was on the way. It got lost in customs. It was made again, but there was delay etc etc. I even reached out to the designer Utkarsh Ahuja directly on Instagram. He replied and apologized and said he would take it up personally - NO DIFFERENCE. After all this I finally gave up and asked for a refund. They lied to me for months and I lost precious time. I made the mistake of believing they would finally send the dupatta. Now I don’t even have time to order a new one from someone else. The dupatta cost was not a large amount of money, but it’s sheer disrespect and lies that made me want to write this review. I will never order from this brand again. Whenever I called with utter frustration, I heard unprofessional giggling in the background. A whole slew of excuses from the sales person quit, dispatch team didn’t find tracking number, accounts team needs to do refund etc. it’s ridiculous that the employees don’t realize it’s all one brand and reputation at stake. Really horrible experience. No point if the design and work is good. Out of principle I will never use these people again.

I bought my wedding dress from Matsya by Utkarsh. They have a nice collection with alot of variety. The price range is also very vast.

Well, i have always been a Matsya fan but I suffered a lot of pain while I gave my stuff for alteration. The date of purchase was 31st July'2017 and I had purchased my entire wedding collection from Matsya [around 11 outfits]. A date was fixed, it got delayed but the biggest issue was the alteration was so imperfect. I kept following up multiple times and finally I received all my stuff a week before my wedding [1st week of Nov] but still there were issues in 2 outfits. I have lost all the patience to go again and get the alters. Another thing, while the stuff was sent for alters, One kurti was misplaced and till date I am following up like anything but haven't got any clarity about the lost article. Could some one please have anyone get this issue sorted as it has already been hanging on since 5 months. There is nobody for grievance handling. Poor customer experience! Love the designs and love the customisation. The fittings were perfect. The embroidery was clear and it made the bride feel on top of the world. I think thats the biggest compliment to the designer.

It was a perfect girly decor required for a bride and bridesmaids shoot and it perfectly complemented the outfits by Matsya which were all in soft, pastels for spring summer. We all felt like fairytale princesses

When I got the call saying that we were picked for the shoot, I was super excited !!! There?s nothing better than a day out with your girls in the run up to the wedding. Add to that some beautiful pastel outfits by Matsya. I felt super special ? with a custom hair wreath & a pale mint green lehenga by Matsya. My outfit had beautiful bits of Gota patti work splattered across a pastel base and an all over embroidered blouse. All my other friends wore complementary colors and I specially loved my own lehenga as well as a beautiful ash grey crop top and skirt set that my BFF wore.
