Terrible experience — not worth a penny! I found them through WedmeGood and the good reviews they had convinced me to give them a chance. I am not from Varanasi and came here for destination wedding so found makeup artists here through the portal. I had gone for a makeup trial in February and booked them for my bridal makeup. During the trial, I specifically requested a Banaras-based makeup artist, but they convinced me to upgrade to a higher package with a "senior artist" for better results and lower risk on my big day. I agreed and paid the advance. On my wedding day, when I arrived at the studio, the senior artist — Priya Aggarwal — started my makeup. Very quickly, I realized that basic things were being done poorly: - The blush had harsh, unblended edges - Contour on nose and jawline was done using a pink shade. When I asked her if it is because she used a brush that had pink residue she said maybe (!!) - Concealer wasn't even blended properly esp around the mouth area making the area look cakey. When I pointed these issues out, Priya left the studio mid-session without completing the work! The rest of my bridal makeup was done by a junior artist, who thankfully managed to make me look okay — but not what I expected after paying for a senior artist. Despite all this, I was charged the full agreed amount, even though the service was ultimately provided by a junior artist. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Even a rookie makeup artist knows that blending is key! I would not recommend this place to any bride!

It was great experience with the Meenakshi dutt makeovers in varanasi.my bridal date was 18 april 2025 n I booked Meenakshi dutt 6 months before.they gave me first priority and excellent make-up.everyone praised me alot ...their makeup product n skilled artist was upto the marke. They made my day n memories. It was a full Paisa wasool makeup 💄,I got her via Wed me good so I can say it's a trusted platform for would b brides. Makeup was long lasting n the main thing lipstick was stuck all night long.. MDM is just best.....

It was a really nice experience spending a day in MDM...the hairstylist did a great job and makeup was also really natural, I just loved the overall experience.
