Nihar and team appeared to be good a photographer in our first conversation. However, they seem to be very unresponsive in business dealings. They scheduled a conference call with us and we gather everyone in the family for the call , but neither did they respond to call on the scheduled time nor did they they notify their unavailability before or after. Also when we made follow up calls and sent texts, we had to put lot of efforts in getting the response. So we decided not to go forward with them.

Akshay and his team at Memoirs were fantastic to work with and did a great job with our wedding at Samode Palace! They were always prompt and ready to shoot, and were amenable and receptive to our opinions and personalities. They also helped us fully capitalize on the various locations our venue had to offer and gently guided us through the entire shooting process. The photos were beautiful and natural and the album had a nice balance of all our guests. Lastly, the entire team was lovely and just very decent people.

Sadly my experience with memoirs was really bad. It’s been more than five months and we still haven’t received our videos. I have to write this review not out of spite but feeling helpless and I don’t want any other future bride to be on this position. They have stopped replying to our messages. Please be very careful if you are planning you book them for your wedding. They lied to us and the main lead photographer didn’t come to wedding. They missed capturing lots of important moments, we don’t even have a family picture. On top of this try keep blaming that we didn’t have good make up artist or didn’t have good management etc. even if that’s true there is no excuse to not give us what we paid for. We deserve to see our wedding pictures and videos. It’s one thing that people preserve for years. He didn’t spend even half an hour on editing our pictures or videos. Even a layman could edit better. If you don’t want to suffer please do your own diligence before booking them.
