Absolutely loved our experience with Roshni, newborn photographer in Patna ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (honestly, 100 stars if that was possible!) We did a newborn shoot for our 5-day-old baby, and Roshni was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, she handled our baby with so much patience, care, and warmth—it instantly put us at ease. She knows exactly how to soothe and pose newborns safely, which is such a big deal for new parents. The setups were beautiful, the attention to detail was perfect, and the final photos… just wow 😍 Every picture captured such pure, natural emotions that we’ll cherish forever. She was calm, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire shoot. If you’re looking for a newborn photographer in Patna, I can’t recommend Roshni enough. It was nice experience having Maternity photoshoot done in Muzaffarpur location. They had Costume too. Studio was quite clean and Hygiene. Photographers and their Associated persons were quite calm and helpful. Probably price is little more compared to number of photos.

This service felt nothing short of a fraud. After taking payment, they continuously delayed the deliverables for over a year, making endless excuses and showing zero accountability. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. Communication was poor throughout, they would ignore messages and calls, and there was no sense of responsibility toward the client. What’s worse is the quality of work. Even the basic aspects like photo angles, composition, and overall finish were not up to the mark. The final output did not reflect the standards they claim to offer and was extremely disappointing. Roshni Jain comes across as convincing and professional initially, but the actual experience is completely misleading. The behavior, service, and results all fall far below expectations. Overall, this felt like a complete waste of money and time. I would strongly caution others against choosing this service unless they are willing to deal with delays, poor quality, and unprofessional conduct.

Roshni Jain portrays herself as professional during onboarding, but the actual execution, conduct, and service delivery reflect the opposite. Customers should exercise extreme caution before engaging with this service. I would strongly advise others to document all communications and proceed carefully before trusting this vendor with any important event. Trusting MOH Memories of Happiness was clearly the worst decision ever and was not at all a happy experince.
