🚫 DON’T BOOK MERAGI PHOTOGRAPHY FOR YOUR WEDDING 🚫 We booked Meragi Photography for my sister’s wedding(Dec 20th,2024), and this has been the worst decision ever. Their service is unprofessional, careless, and extremely disappointing. It has been 9 months since the wedding, and we still don’t have proper edited videos or photos. After 8 months, we finally got one video and a set of photos. But they made no sense – random clips stitched together with no sync, no flow, no creativity. We asked for changes, and I guess even the team knew how bad it was. They agreed to redo the project from the beginning, starting with a trailer and a reel, promised by September 11th. Here’s how that went: On Sept 11th, we reached out (because they never take initiative). Only then Navya responded, saying it would be delivered “tomorrow.” On Sept 12th, we again had to reach out. New excuse: “Editor has an emergency.” My question – do they only have ONE editor for the entire company? Every day it’s “tomorrow, tomorrow” – but that tomorrow never comes. At this point, a new person (Anwer) came into the picture, saying he would take care. I told him clearly: “I’m done. We only want a full refund and our raw photos/videos.” Instead, he said: “We’ll deliver the trailer and reel to satisfy you.” And about the refund, he said he’d talk to the CEO and update me. Despite me saying NO, they delivered a poor reel and trailer anyway. Then they used that as an excuse to say, “We can’t give a refund because we worked on it.” If this is what they call “work,” why would any customer be begging for edits after 9 months? Their payment excuse is another joke: They claimed the project was incomplete because the payment wasn’t fully done. But let’s be real – every event photographer collects full payment before the wedding day itself. When I showed screenshots of proof, they said, “System may be wrong.” So their system is wrong, their excuses are endless, and their management is broken. The funniest (and saddest) part? We are the bride’s side, yet they captured 80% of the groom’s photos during the Sangeet – because the groom’s side had their own photographer. Meragi simply ignored us. And it gets worse: Not one photographer guided us how to pose, not for one single event. I raised this after the first event, but nothing changed. I am the bride’s own sister, yet I only have about 20 photos total. I barely appear in their videos. I thought the team would take initiative to capture the main family members – group shots, individual shots, natural moments – but they did nothing. They just captured random, irrelevant stuff. The team keeps changing – first AJ, then Rahul, then Aravind, then Navya Peddi, and now Anwer. No consistency, no responsibility. Anwer even said, “We shot your wedding, so we won’t return full money.” That shows they only care about money, not customers. 👉 A good company values customer satisfaction, even if it costs them. But Meragi doesn’t care. Instead of giving us lifelong memories, they gave us 9 months of stress, excuses, and regret. ⚠️ PLEASE NEVER BOOK MERAGI PHOTOGRAPHY FOR YOUR WEDDINGS. ⚠️ They will ruin your once-in-a-lifetime memories, give endless excuses, and leave you with disappointment.

I got my wedding and my daughter’s naming ceremony photography and videography from Senthil . His work is appreciable and helps in all possible ways . Very prompt and happy with his service.
