Shoutout to Ms. Huda, Mr. RJ & Mr. Musa sir for helping us selecting the most appropriate, affordable, unique & beautiful wears for my sister’s wedding - her Lehenga, my brother in law’s Sherwani & my suit. RJ helped with selection of my sister’s Lehenga, Huda & Musa sir helped my brother in law’s Sherwani which was then stitched to perfection, thanks to Master ji also and for me , I selected my suit design from a sample cloth and much thanks to Huda for helping me out with the confidence that it would look good and it really turned out nice. Got an outfit from the store, salespersons were very cooperative until the billing was done. Gave the outfit for alteration and additional work and that's where the unprofessionalism started. 1) I was told the tailor would be available for clarification at a certain time(4pm the same day) and that they would contact me via Watsapp. I didn't receive any further communication and the salesperson miss Reema did not even bother replying. All this while she Knew i was communicating from abroad. My mother had to visit the store for her to reply to my texts. She INITALLY said dress would be delivered on said date which wasn't delivered. 2) when my mother went to the store to pick the outfit ,MISS REEMA said it wasn't ready and said " don't visit the store unnecessarily " I want to ask the owner if a client visiting the store is unnecessary? I wanted to purchase an additional outift but because my mothet was told to not visit, I would never visit neither recommend the store to anybody.Nobody comes to your store to be disrespected. Solely for the PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

good collection but they are very very bad at alterations, bought a indo western dress for one of the most important days of my life, my wedding and they altered the sleeves from full to half, i was shocked when i tried on the dress after alterations and they refused to believe the mistake was from their end. Being the bride, I know how important all the wedding dresses were for me and I would know what type of sleeves I wanted. that change ruined the look of the expemsive dress.

They make shopping so easier for the bride. Their management is super nice and courteous. They have a phenomenal collection of bridal wear and also other casual and semi casual wear. Loved shopping from here for my wedding.

I booked this venue for my big day. Everything was well managed. The team worked with us to create something that fit into our budget, giving us multiple options and never pressured into something we felt uncomfortable with. The decoration on my big day was perfect and it looked really beautiful. Food was really delicious. Staff were really polite and attentive to the details. They have lovely collection and they are famous for bridal collection. Even their services are quick and prices are affordable!

My husband and I got matching outfits from them. And they made such good outfits and when we saw them for the first time they just looked so luxurious and pretty. Plus their staff is also very helpful with any sort of queries that we used to have.

Never visit this place if you're getting married. They literally play with you and your outfit. My friend had a worst experience shopping with so called Meraj. 5 days before his marriage the management said the material not available and suggested him another outfit for. Very unprofessional in dealing with the customers. When he cancelled the order, they made him to follow up several times. He went and sat at the store for a day and then they've transferred the amount. The person behind all these customer complaints was Mohammad and please do not ever shop. They finally show their true faces one you make the payment. Stay away from this place. Be aware of fake customer appreciations. I dont want any one else to suffer like me and be at stake. 27 Years Brand with such a fake, irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour. Mr Mohammad, who’s a manager has taken the order from on 17th Feb and requested to pay the whole amount of Rs 31000 and I have paid the same. The trail was scheduled for 2nd March and he said I will confirm it the next day. I’ve waited the whole day. Texted on whatsapp, called the number given but haven’t received any response. The day passed, I have again called the next day that is on 19th Feb - No response, 20th Feb- No response, 21st Feb morning at 10:30 I have called again and this time Mr Mohammed received my call and confirmed the material is in production and will call back in 5mins to confirm. I haven’t received any response till 4:30PM the same day. I have returned called back and Mr Mohammed says, the material isn’t available and you May choose from an alternative material available in the store. Such a fake promises it gives to its customers and Mr Mohammad had twitched over the bill and tore the bill into two parts consisting the measurements, invoice. This isn’t the right way to treat a customer when the fault is from the company side even. This store is unreliable if one has their wedding scheduled merely. Coming to refunding the amount, the company made me to roam around asking for money and have taken the whole day to transfer the amount. Do not ever reach out to this store and I do not get anything writing this even. I have concern to the people purchasing the things from this store who will definitely have a bad experience and really wanted to avoid the same.

Meraj, located at the commericial street is a great place to buy bridal wear from. It has an awesome collection and also huge variety of designs.
