To describe the frustration that my brother and family felt is incomprehensible. They do not provide you with professional photographers,videographer,yet charge you a hefty amount. Also the delivery of the aforesaid albums,videos of the marriage were delayed. Adding salt to the wound, they don't even feel sorry for spoiling someone's wedding. Instead they put it on you, saying demeaning stuffs like "we did you a favour for doing it in such low cost". BEWARE & don't spoil the happy memories with your beloved ones turn into a nightmare when you view it via an album/video prepared by them...

Highly priced, rude behavior from staff, did not see any quality in the work, and the worst part is they have outsourced few local guys for video shooting. They are not even professional photographer. Now, someone can imagine the sub standard quality of the shoot.

If someone looking for getting service from this vendor, I would urge you to not fall into this fraud vendor. They are the worst in Videography, Photography, whatever you see on their portfolio doesn’t look like they have done any kind of work by themselves. If you ask me about the video and photo editing skills they have zero knowledge about that. The owner is very unprofessional, rude in behaviour when we ask about the raw data (videos and photos) of the wedding. After paying 50% of the amount he was claiming that they have provided us with free service. They kept our specific candid photos to make us a force to pay the full amount. They were reluctant to provide the data till we pay the remaining amount. I have not recorded the calls which we had with H.K. Jha, but he was very proud of the cameras they were using who don't have knowledge of taking photos and editing. H.K Jha is like a color-changing chameleon, he will initially speak sweet and try to make the deal and after that he will change his tone and blaming you that he serviced at a low cost so n so. Guys the funny thing is that the cameramen, videographer didn't have lights with them. My entire marriage album is in low lights, what's the use of that if I can't see my face in the photo? Talking about the album, they literally don't have idea where to put which photos. Most of the album pages are blank space. Photos are not edited properly, photos are stretched to fit in the size of printed pages. They didn't provide the Pendrive / storage device for keeping the digital data, we have to buy it at our own cost. If you are living outside of Bihar, and in hurry to leave after your functions, they will ask you to take the WETRANSFER account which will cost you an extra budget for that account to get your digital data. Next important thing is that the video is shared via the Youtube channel, which is the scam of making extra money from Youtube views and likes and subscribers. Instead of taking his service keep your personal photographer. Overall worst person, worst vendor to get this service.

Non professional staff, in my friend's marriage the videographer went home stating Personal reasons from mid marriage, then asks us to forward clips we shot to append in the videos. Imagine this happening to you. I was laughing outside but angry inside.

So whoever is reading the reviews, I would request you to read this one before you avail their services. So, Mithila Marriage Services is only best known for it's event management maybe, but if you are looking for photography and video graphics, you will have to deal with H.K.Jha. Now, I would like to acquaint you all with the kind of person he is and the services he is providing: First of all I won't recommend you to take his services, and if you take be very careful when you deal with him in the starting. You should either record the call or make him right everything on the receipt he provides. He will be very sweet in the starting accepting everything and after you have paid him more than 50% advance (taken before the event), he will start denying everything. The tone completely changes. Basically a fraud. Now, the most important part, photography and videography services - imagine the Video of entire mithila Marriage is of 20 minutes duration with no editing at all (they just merged all the small videos with some stupid songs). They call this cinematography. Their cameraman are not skilled, they have no idea about the angles. They sent two cameraman for my marriage- the light they brought with them stopped working, so more than 50% photos have no light. Also, not to forget that they slept without capturing all the rituals. It has been a harassment for me to talk to him and argue with him everyday. The job he does for 25k, other studios in Darbhanga and Madhubani will do for 8-10k and with much better professionalism and no harassment at all. Happy realization there!! Writing such a big review is not my forte, but you can imagine the situation when I am still writing it. And let me tell you this has not happened only to me, it has happened to other people close to me who took his services. In simple words 'Don't go for Photography and Videography services from Mithila Marriage Services' if you want a good service and peace of mind.
